15/3 - I’m working for closing shift which required me to entered the shift at 3pm. The flow while working is still the same but I learn how to do the pastry for closing by cleaning the pastry case and arrange all the food inside the pastry case.

16/3 - As for today, my manager still put me on closing shift together with One shift supervisor name Auji. I learn how to closing the bar area which required me to clean up all the equipments and clean the coffee machine as well. 

17/3 - My shift started at 12pm. I entered the store and clock in and the shift supervisor on duty teach me how to clean the bar mat and doing the geasetrap. Eventhough the smell of the geasetrap is terrible but I learn a new things and enjoy doing it because I could see the different before and after the geasetrap have been cleaned

18/3 - As for today, my shift started at 12pm as well. Once I entered the store, I’ve been ask to do some cleaning around the store. This is because the CEO of Starbucks Malaysia & Brunei, Sydney Quays come to visit the store. He very friendly and very polite. I’m happy because I got this kind of opportunity to met and talk with him

19/3 - Rest day

20/3 - my shift for today is closing. I go thru the same activity as always. As for closing task, I’ve been ask to clean up the cafe by sweeping and mop the floor. I also collect all the rubbish and throw it away. My closing team is Hakim, Amierul and shift supervisor, Azizah. 

21/3 - As for today, I’ve been put on closing shift as well together with Amierul, Zuraida and Shift Supervisor, Azizah. As for today, I’ve been given a task to do the pastry case and handling the cashier counter by taking orders.

22/3 - Same shift as yesterday, I entered store today at 3pm. As for today, I work with my shift supervisor only so I’ve been assign to closing the bar

23/3 - I’m working back to back as for today. My manager put me on opening shift as for today. I entered the store at 7am together with my manager. Task that I need to do is open all the equipment such as coffee machine, blender and fill up all the empty container

24/3 - As for today, I’ve been put on closing shift. Routine that I need for today is like usual. Doing the closing bar task by cleaning everything

25/3 - As for today, I’ve been put on the same shift. At the end of shift, the shift supervisor who are in charge for closing, teach me how to till out the cashier. I need to count the money and they will till out the system

26/3 - The same shift as yesterday, I put on closing shift with Iman and Amierul. My task for today is closing the pastry. As for today, the crowd that come in is quite a lot and I learn how to handle crowded customer

27/3 - Rest day

28/3 - My shift for today is opening shift with Auji, my shift supervisor. I entered the store at 8.30 am and opening all the equipments. We also do the weekly cleaning task. Other than that, as for today there’s a promotion so the crowd for customer today is beyond expectation

29/3 - I’ve been put the same shift as yesterday and doing a same task. After opening all the bar, my shift supervisor assign me to take the cashier and I count the money and my manager open fund for me so that I can take order

30/3 - same shift as yesterday, I opening everything. As for today, I do some cleaning task such as cleaning the glass door and merchandise rack. It is the routine to keep the store clean

31/3 - My shift for today is Closing as for today is End Of Month. Every end of month, the manager and shift supervisor will counting the stock while the barista will take over on floor and handling the customer. I learn how to counting the stock as well when there’s no customer

2/4 - Rest day

3/4 - My shift for today is closing. My closing team is Zuraida and Hakim with shift supervisor Azizah as well. Crowd for today is quite a lot but we manage to handle the crowded customer

5/4 - Same shift as yesterday with same team, as for today, my task is doing the cafe. I clean up the cafe and throw out the rubbish. Other than that, I also need to clean up the back of house area 

6/4 - My shift for today is closing together with Hakim and my store manager, Kak Aishah. My manager teach me how to making a cold brew and how to keep the cold brew. Cold brew need to be kept for 14 hours in cold area. My closing task for today is doing the cafe and arrange the pastry

7/4 - Same shift but with different team. My team for today is Aisyah. The part time worker. She is the new staff. My shift supervisor ask me to teach Aisyah how to make a frappucino beverage and I teach her how to do the beverage

8/4 - Rest day 

9/4 - Still in closing shift with Hariz, Aisyah and shift supervisor, Auji. As for today, it’s weekend night so the crowd for today is beyond the expectation. Most of customer spending their weekend night at Starbucks  but we manage to handle the crowd. My closing task for today is pastry case and I need to teach Aisyah how to closing the cafe

10/4 - As for today, my shift is started at 8.30am until 4.30pm. I’m working with Jean and Auji. Today, there’s a promotion buy 1 free 1 started at 10am till 12pm. The customer keep coming to get the promotional. We manage to handle the crowd and there’s no issues between staff and customer 

11/4 - same shift as yesterday with the same team. Today also got the promotion and customer consistently coming. After the promo finish, I doing my weekly cleaning task by clean up the menu board

12/4 - New week. I still in opening shift with Azizah, my shift supervisor. The crowd for today is slowing down. I doing my task before going back by stock up the milk, ice, doing the mix and throw the rubbish

13/4 - Rest day 

14/4 - Today is second day of ramadhan and my shift started at 3pm. Crowd is slowing down before break fast. Me and my closing team break fast together and continue working. Started at 8pm, the crowd started coming in due to the promotional that we had. My task for today is arranging the pastry and clean up the pastry area

15/4 - as for today, I still in closing shift with Zuraida and Kak aishah. We break fast together and continue receiving a customer non stop. At 10pm, we close the store and I start doing my closing task 

16/4 - As for today, I still in closing shift and I sat down with my store manager for daily check for my internship. My store manager introduce and explain to me regarding about coffee master as well

19/4 - Today, I was on opening shift with Azizah. Nothing much I can do especially due to ramadhan day. The crowd is slowing down due to ramadhan. I do some cleaning task before going back

20/4 - Same shift as yesterday, the crowd is slowing down and most of customer who came is chinese and foreigner. We entertain the customer like usual and I stock up and throw rubbish before going back

21/4 - Today, my shift started at 3pm and my team for today is Aisyah and Kak Aishah. We break fast together and I teach Aisyah how to closing the bar as I do the pastry area and cafe. The crowd is consistently coming in but we manage to handle

22/4 - Rest day 

23/4 - Today, I was in closing shift. Once I entered, my shift supervisor ask me to wrap the siren gifting. Siren gifting is a service that we provide in our store for customer who want to send the parcel to someone. I wrap the parcel in fill up the consignment form and print it out. My closing task for today is cleaning the cafe

24/4 - As for today, I entered work at 3pm and once I entered, I been ask to handle the parcel to give the parcel to the delivery person. We are using ninja van service. Ad for closing task, I’m doing the bar

25/4 - Today, I still in my closing shift with Zuraida and Aisyah. The shift supervisor is  Azizah. We break fast together as the crowd is slowing down in the evening. Started at 8pm, customer started to come in consistently and at 10pm, we close the store and I start doing my closing task

26/4 - I still in closing shift today with same person. The crowd keep coming in and I handle the cashier as for today. My closing task for today is doing the bar as well

2/5 - Same as yesterday, my shift is at 9am until 5pm and I’m doing the same task before going back. Customer start coming in the evening to buy a beverage for break fast

3/5 - As for today, I’m working at Starbucks Drive-Thru Ampang to replace people. I’m working on closing shift. The situation at Starbucks Drive Thru is different my own store. Here, the crowd is super busy and people keep coming non-stop. For closing task, I’ve been assign to do the pastry case. 

4/5 - I was supposedly to working at my own store but turn out to be I’ve been ask to work at Starbucks Drive-Thru Ampang again for today. This is because, my store manager said I’ve been the close contact (Contact C) with one of the staff. So I need to work here for closing shift and have been assigned to do a swab test tomorrow. As for today, my closing task is still the same as yesterday which is doing the pastry case

8/5 - Today, I still in my closing shift with Hakim, Aidid and Aisyah. The shift supervisor is Hazmi. We break fast together as the crowd is slowing down in the evening. Started at 8pm, customer started to come in consistently and at 10pm, we close the store and I start doing my closing task

12/5 - As for today, I start my work at 3pm which it’s closing shift. My closing partner for today is Aidid and shift supervisor is Hazmi. I do my daily task by doing some cleaning and take the cashier position until the end of shift. It was a night before raya and we receive so many ‘duit raya’ from customer ❤️

13/5 - It was a first day of raya and I’m working in closing shift.  I do my daily task by doing some cleaning and take the cashier position until the end of shift and my closing task is doing the pastry. We still receive duit raya from customer and allowed to wear baju raya for today.

14/5 - As for today, I start my work at 3pm which it’s closing shift. My closing partner for today is Partner from Capsquare Starbucks and shift supervisor is kak Aishah. I do my daily task by doing some cleaning and take the cashier position until the end of shift.

My closing task at this store is doing the pastry case and clean up the pastry area. From this store, I learn how to key in the delivery system in POS. I learn a new thing here. 

22/6 - My shift started at 10pm. I entered the store and clock in. My task for today is to clean the bar mat and doing the geasetrap. Eventhough the smell of the geasetrap is terrible but I enjoy doing it because I could see the different before and after the geasetrap have been cleaned.
