Its been a while since my parents cook since they both got work to do. Also i find some wasted vegetables which is rotten in the fridge for keeping it in a long time. So i also take them and put it in my compost bin as well.

I think my mom might forget about it so i took it to my compost as well. And by doing so too I clean the kitchen food store which is i found a rotten garlic and red onions.

I stir it with my barehand and started to get regretted after doing it cause the smells of the compost are sticking on my hands. I still can smell the compost smell after i wash my hand and the smells feels like it kicking my head. So i tell myself to not use mu barehand again to stir the compost.

I forgot to take note down a last week evidence for the rice wash water, so i just started to noted it this week. For the preparation, i prepare a bottle of rice wash water, a 1litre of milk and a small bucket for 5litre amount. By the way, I noticed that the rice wash water was a little smelly as i though that the smell of it would not that terrible but it was not that good though.

I wonder if i need to remove those but right now i just leaving it like that to see if there is any changes to my compost. I just added up last week kitchen waste into my compost as usual. More of it just a fruit peel that my family and i eat last week.

I have no choice but to just getting it in my big compost bin. I noticed that my compost are getting shrinker. The kitchen waste that i add up in the compost bin are getting break down by the microorganism and the maggots eating the compost as well.

There is a yellowish white curd inside the bucket are formed. I noticed there are also a small maggots around the bucket.. Maybe i didnt closed it well. After that i stir well the ingredient and the smells are fading away but still has got little smelly. After that, i put back the bokashi compost into the dark place to keep it up for a week again.
