         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based on the location of the affected tendon can be divided into several types:<br><br></div><div><mark>Lateral Epicondylitis</mark> : occurs on the outside of the elbow. The cause is activities that involve twisting the wrist, such as in tennis and badminton athletes.<br><br></div><div><mark>Medial Epicondylitis</mark> : occurs on the inside of the elbow. Generally occurs due to elbow movements such as that done by golf and baseball athletes.<br><br></div><div><mark>Achilles Tendinitis</mark> : attacks the achilles tendon or the tendon located behind the ankle. This condition generally occurs due to excessive running and jumping activities.<br><br></div><div><mark>Rotator Cuff Tendinitis</mark> : affected when you have this type of tendinitis is the rotator cuff tendon, the muscle that controls the rotation of the shoulder. Commonly experienced by those who like to do sports that involve lifting the arm, such as swimming<br><br></div><div><mark>De Quervain Tendinitis</mark> : affected in the wrist area, precisely at the base of the thumb. In some cases, de quervain tendinitis is also common in women during pregnancy, without known exact cause.<br><br></div><div><mark>Knee Tendinitis</mark> : affects the patellar tendon below the knee or the quadriceps tendon above the knee is known as knee tendonitis. This type of tendon disorder is common in basketball athletes and long-distance runners.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Treatment of tendinitis aims to <mark>relieve symptoms and reduce inflammation</mark>. The following are some of the treatment methods that can be given to tendinitis patients:<br><br></div><div>1. Drugs<br><em>Administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs </em>(NSAIDs) or corticosteroid injections to relieve pain and inflammation.<br><br></div><div>2. Physiotherapy<br>This will restore the function of movement that is reduced due to tendinitis.<br><br></div><div>3. Medical treatment<br>The following medical actions can be performed by a doctor if medication or physiotherapy does not help the condition get better:</div><div>- Ultrasound therapy, using exposure to ultrasonic sound waves to remove tendon scar tissue.</div><div>- Dry needling, using a special needle to stimulate the tendon healing process.</div><div>- Surgery, to treat severe tendinitis conditions.<br><br></div><div>4. Self care</div><div>To help the healing process, people with tendinitis can do the following:</div><div>- Rest inflamed tendons</div><div>- Cold compresses on the tendinitis area for 20 minutes several times a day.</div><div>- Provide a cushion or material that can support the tendinitis area while sleeping, for example with a pile of pillows.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Stretch before and after exercise to maximize joint movement and reduce the risk of injury<br><br></div><div>3. Doing other sports, if the usual exercise causes pain<br><br></div><div>4. Follow the advice of a professional sports instructor so that the movements performed do not cause problems with the tendons<br><br></div><div>5. Adjusting the correct sitting position, such as keeping your back straight while sitting<br><br></div>]]></description>
