As long as there is a clear purpose, children will feel supported and confident participating in any activities that are implemented. The tactics that are employed for each individual also play a significant influence in the child's desire to participate. Having a clear vision is significent as all educators will know the requirements to help children. 

Children can develop a sense of belonging by knowing that they are appreciated in the community when adults recognise what makes them feel proud, sad and happy. Meeting each child's unique needs ensures that they get the most out of every activity and, as a result, are more likely to learn and grow at a faster rate based on those needs.

It teaches kids to stand up for the rights of others, accept a variety of human diversity, detect unfairness and bias, and be proud of themselves and their families. Being able to implement activity helps that ackowledge cultural values can help children feel welcomed and valued.
