1. How can we work together to support the children's needs?

To promote children's learning and development, it is essential to collaborate together with other colleagues to support children and their families. This question could support social and emotional wellbeing for educators as they will acknowledge that they are not alone and that this is teamwork. Collaboration from educators could help assist other educators and enhace their knowledge, one educator may have more understanding about a child than the other, thus, this question brings a variety of knowledge from others that could support children to maintain a high quality education. For children to have a sense of belonging in the community, we must show a positive relationship from educators to foster a happy and positive enviroment, collaborating to exchange knowledge and understand kids' needs can help find the best ways to support their learning.

2. What strategies and goals can we use to promote inclusion?
Setting goals and strategies can assist educators as it sets a clear direction. As we recognise our different values, sharing our aspirations with one another allows us to grow as a couple and learn from one another. Having a collection of techniques can help educators achieve their objectives and resolve conflicts; having these sets gives them assurance and composure in a variety of circumstances. As long as there is a clear purpose, children will feel supported and confident participating in any activities that are implemented. The tactics that are employed for each individual also play a significant influence in the child's desire to participate. Having a clear vision is significent as all educators will know the requirements to help children.

1. What makes you feel proud, sad and happy?

Children can develop a sense of belonging by knowing that they are appreciated in the community when adults recognise what makes them feel proud, sad and happy. By asking this question, we may improve our relationships with children. As they express themselves, they become more at ease and self-assured, and it helps them realise that their feelings are important and cared for. Using the information of what makes them feel proud and happy, we can continue implementing activities similar to it and go beyond to help children get out of their comfort zone and learn to their best potential. Acknowledging what makes children sad we can learn how to develop skills we need to manage them effectively and reassure that we are here for them. Children being able to express their feelings is essential for a child's identity, self-confidence, and sense of belonging in the world.

2. What did you find most enjoyable about today?

This question allows educators reflect on the day and recognise what went well. Children may play with a particular object they truly enjoy, such as playing ball with this information, we are able to gather ideas on what to include in our activity, which will allow children to participate and be more involved in the activities. I focused this on the early years learning framework outcome 1, as this question help children develop knowledge of their interest and self identities. Having a positive question throughout the end of day is important, it allows them to have a optimistic mindset.

1. What are the child's activity preferences and interests?

By addressing this query, I hope to spark new ideas in educators and direct them towards appropriate activities. Knowing this will be very beneficial for teachers as well as students as they tend to efficiently learn and get more engaged in the activities that they enjoy. Having this knowledge of the child will help with the participation, it ensures children become more involved, and confident and they will feel supported to be an active members of their community. It is important to establish a healthy relationship with families, asking this question could help develop a positive relationship as they will acknowledge that we as educators care about the child and that parents know their child best, thus, we are able to get the best information about the child from them.

2. How can we support the child's needs?

I am asking this question because Children who feel included are more likely to be understanding of others' needs and accepting of others, as well as feeling safer and more comfortable. Having this information can benefit educators as it prepares us for the next step. As Guigni states " remember that every person has many different identities, so creating resources that capture all of the identities and differences is complex," educators need to be open-minded and understand that each individual is different, which will help incorporate a pedagogy suitable for everyone to promote inclusion. Meeting each child's unique needs ensures that they get the most out of every activity and, as a result, are more likely to learn and grow at a faster rate based on those needs.

3. Tell us about the values that education holds for your family.

To support children's learning development it is important for families and educators to work together. This question will deepen our knowledge on the families which could promote not only facilitate the relatoionship with families but boosts the child's learning and strengthens their individuality. Anti-bias education is a way of teaching that supports children and their families as they develop a sense of identity in a diverse society.Accoring to Derman-Sparks and Edwards (2010) Anti-bias education is a method of instruction that helps children and their families as they forge an identity in a culture that values diversity. It teaches kids to stand up for the rights of others, accept a variety of human diversity, detect unfairness and bias, and be proud of themselves and their families. Being able to implement activity helps that ackowledge cultural values can help children feel welcomed and valued.

I believe inclusion is necessary and significant in early childhood education. Understanding each individual's needs, preferences, and expectations of centre users and addressing those needs and expectations in a sincere and meaningful way constitutes inclusiveness. Guigni demonstrates how diverse culture encourages the idea of inclusion because each person has a unique self-image, being open-minded and allowing uniqueness from individual is important to obtain a sense of wellbeing. Being someone who speaks english as an aditional language I uderstand the stuggles and difficulties when attending school, anti-bias approach has a big impact on supporting children and families with similar situation, it advocates on educators to engage gently but firmly, to encourage the child who is being the target of the prejudiced behaviour, and to assist both children in discovering more positive ways to interact. Whilst inclusion has its own variety of meaning to everyone, to me it signifies embracing everyone regardless of their unique needs. It seeks to provide equal access to all opportunities The National Quality Standards (NQS) also promote inclusion by referencing “each child” across all quality areas and provides guidelines on how early education and care services can meet expectations for an inclusive practice.
