Ingredients:

A sock or a thin cloth
Liquid dishwashing detergent
Plastic bottle (It can be a hard plastic bottle)
food coloring
You can use the balloon solution you prepared earlier for this experiment, but liquid dish soap and water will be sufficient.

Lets start;

Cut the bottom of the plastic bottle.
Put the stocking on the place you cut it. Fasten it with a rubber buckle, tape or rope.
Pour some dishwashing detergent into a bowl or dish. Dilute with a little water.
Soak the sock part of the bottle in detergent.
Blow it through the mouth of the bottle.
(If you do not want to swallow detergent, just blow, do not inhale. Be careful when playing with your young children.)
To make a rainbow, color the sock with a food dye as a strip. You can use any color you like. Rainbow colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. From the food dyes and orange mixture of green and red; purple can be obtained from a mixture of blue and red. Use more paint to get a denser rainbow.
Be careful if you use food coloring because the food coloring will paint your hand, clothes, whatever is around you. Therefore, we recommend you to wear old clothes and try this outside. If you want to use your magic wand again, rinse it and let it dry in the open area.
