The day after we made it I made it again for lunch the next day! It’s so fun to make, especially getting your hands involved. It’s also quite easy to make, only a couple of ingredients then in the oven! It tastes amazing everyone in my family loves it! You can do your own twist to it, maybe adding chocolate or jam into it. You can be quite creative with it with the shapes you make, I made some donut shapes, snakes,and love hearts, and little Mimi balls, and big balls!

I also hope we get to have damper and toasted marshmallows and Chum Creek’s delicious food again. I also hope that I can see some animals like a deer or something like that(last time in year 3 we saw an echidna). I also want to make a nice gunyah outside in groups. I also look forward to playing in next to the forest/trees at recess and lunch break and using the zip line. Maybe if I get lucky with who I’m in a cabin with then we could have a midnight feast chat together lol. I hope that camp won’t be cancelled next year and we can go to chum creek again!

The dingo is known as the ‘Australian wild dog’ and is a relative of the Indian wolf. The dingo was introduced to Australia around 5000 years ago from Asia. They are shy but independent animals and are very much like a standard dog, except this one is also like a wolf, so it’s basically a cross-breed between a wolf and a dog. The leader of a pack of dingoes breeds once a year, and the whole pack helps to raise the pup. The dingo is normally around 10-20 kilograms in adult weight, and are considered apex predators as they are the largest land predators in Australia. Dingoes are mostly carnivores and only eat meat, but from time to time they eat fruits and nuts. For some reason, the dingo is considered a pest, as any wild canine breed is. But dingoes are protected by a law as they are endangered and people are trying to help them breed and have more pups. In length, dingoes are around 1.2 to 1.5 meters from nose to tail, and 50-60cm in height to their shoulders, if they’re and adult. The dingoes 3 main coat colourations are tan or light ginger, black and tan, or creamy white and tan. In my opinion, dingoes are really cute and I would like to have one as a pet (Though my favourite animal in the world is a fox, preferably arctic, so maybe I could have both).
