Explaination about S. cerevisiae:

Yeasts are fungi which are eukaryotes and in yeast there is an organized nucleus. In yeast, there are several linear DNA, nucleolus is present inside the nucleus and in yeast 80s ribosomes are present.

The morphology: Spherical shape ad no presence of hyphae.
 
Cell: Reproduce by budding, or simple pseudohyphae.
 
S. cerevisiae is found in nature associated with man and, more rarely, found on the skins of grapes. S. cerevisiae is the most common yeast used to carry out alcoholic fermentations in wine production. It is generally part of normal grape, fermentation and winery flora.
