Either lenses or tea party. I think that lenses would be great to use with students for a variety of texts since it allows to students to analyze a text each in a different way. It then allows them to work collectively with their group to share the information that they discovered through their analysis of the text. Secondly, I think that tea party would be great to use before reading an excerpt in order to evoke excitement and intrigue. It also allows them to talk about what they will be reading before they ever actually read it.
