  1. Proper rehearsal shoes (not only for your foot protection, BUT Elks serve FOOD in that room, so it is a HEALTH ISSUE)
  2. Rehearsal starts at 7:00 pm….too many people roll in late to the point there is nothing we can begin (we had 13 people out of 53 cast members ready to go yesterday at start time)
  3. Bio Sheets are due May 18th Monday to the Wallace family
  4. Jackie Wallace will be taking Bio Board pictures on Tuesday 05/12 (business casual)…more on this in the SCHEDULE
  5. Please limit your food needs at rehearsal to those that just honestly had NO time between school/work and rehearsal…The eating at rehearsal has gotten out of hand.  Too many people are not paying attention as they are too busy ordering food (understood some will HAVE to eat due to busy schedule)
  6. Pot Luck dinner.  Please sign up!  (see Andrea Bommarito)
  7. Bake Sale.  Please sign up! (see Andrea Bommarito)
  8. Volunteer to run the 50/50 ticket sales on show nights?
  9. ADVERTISE THE SHOW AND SELL TICKETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use whatever you can on Facebook etc…..we should have some posters/fliers early next week (they were supposed to be in this week, so whatever delay the printer had, should be all set SOON.

Whether you are dancing or not, everybody stop in at the ELKS club anytime between 7:00 and 9:00 we will be taking INDIVIDUAL CAST MEMBER PHOTOS that will be in the lobby area.

PLEASE be sure to wear something business casual from the waist up….without LOGOs or TEAM MASCOTS or writing…just a plain shirt, button up, or golf shirt, or favorite blouse….

And do your hair however you want it to be shown to audience members reading your bio.
