The main contents of this job are: preparing all activity documents and coordinating with other departments, using various software packages to enter data, making contracts, letters, forms, memos and other documents. I answer the phone to guide the caller's request. Accurately record employee information, distribute documents to appropriate personnel and locations, and process personal reservations for VIP customers.

I think I will like this job, because it can exercise my ability to communicate and work with other departments, which is a shortcoming that I really need to make up for. I can learn a lot of the experience I need in this job and help me plan my career.

Initially, the question arises that why they would hire me?

Firstly, it is a part-time job and I am willing to do such kind of job because I want to do some other things also and not only the job.

In Quebec, they always search for people who know French language. Therefore, I found myself perfect to fit in this job because I have a very good command over French.

Some other reasons of applying in this job are:-

• I was a golf player during my school time. So, I know it very well.

• I am always interested in a work which includes Computer skills.

• On a separate note, I have also worked as a golf trainer at my high school level.
