I conducted this from of prayer, by firstly closing my eyes and taking deep but controlled breaths. This allowed me to be in a state of calm and peace, which allowed a clear mind to then imagine myself into the scripture. The scripture speaks on the time, Jesus and his disciples were on the sea of galilee and the seas were rough, and the wins were strong. Connections I made during the prayer was the feeling of Jesuses power surging withing me, where I am imaging witnessing him performing miracles right before my eyes.

This type of prayer has impacted my spiritual exercises as it allows me to fully be immersed when I perform my 1 to 1 prayer with the lord. It allows me to now imagine him really being there and me having genuine conversation with the lord.

I conducted this form of prayer, by opening the YouTube website. The song of choice to show praise to the lord I chose was "Hillsong UNITED - Oceans (Where Feet May Fail) (Lyrics)". I chose this song because it, truly speaks on what it is to serve the lord. Where we could be for the lord and the lord is for us. Also, that we should always be ready to show up and serve the lord. During singing the lyrics to the song I was in a total flow state where the only thoughts in my mind were the lyrics of the song which are very deep and touching. During the singing I felt feeling of acceptance and purpose as I open up to the lord telling him that he is my savoir and I can be led by him.

This type of prayer has impacted me, on a spiritual level by allowing me to use my voice and expresses myself with emotions compared to praying in silence. Which is very important to me as I explore other ways of praying.

I conducted this form of prayer in my grandmother's backyard, where a lot of trees, grass and flowers are. In the process of the prayer, I use by senses of listening and seeing as I observe the beautiful nature around me. I think to myself and give words of gratitude to the lord. For what I am viewing is nothing, but love given to us, it's the greatest gift the lord has provided us with which is creation. This prayer made me come to the realization that sometimes in life we need to lay back and observe the simple things in life, because the things of the world will always be, but even the greatest gifts from God can be taken away from us.

This type of prayer impacted me by increasing my thoughts of gratitude, where now as I walk outside, I can't help but to look in awe at what the lord has created for us which is nature.

I conducted these prayers with my family members, My aunt and grandmother. We prayed for a distant relative that has cancer and it's battling every day to keep her breath. We all held hands in a circle and closed our eyes and listened as each person speak and say a prayer. This way of praying is very interesting as I have the knowledge of how other people pray and express themselves to the lord, for we all pray differently. I also feel more in Touch with God, and I feel as if our message is being sent at a stronger wave towards him. In the way we connect with each other by holding hands and praying for a greater reason. Giving God thanks and also asking for his guidance and help to our relative.

This form of prayer impacted me by, wanting me to participate in communal praying more. For example, as part of a church group or church service where we can all be sharing our love to God. Due to the fact that I'm religious but I do not interact with the church as an organization. The idea of joining back the church has occurred.

I conducted this type of prayers due to the fact I experienced somewhat of a bad day. This prayer type allowed me to express all my feeling and frustrations. It also served as a place for me to reflect on the day, jotting down my thoughts and feelings. I believe writing down my thoughts and feelings was very helpful during this prayer as it allowed me to set free myself and get ready for the following day to come.

This type of prayer impacted me on a spiritual level where, from now on. Whenever I feel stressed out or in need of help form the lord, simply overthinking and keeping all my thoughts inside will no longer happen. With the idea of meditative writing, I can now navigate the word with my thoughts on paper allowing me to be a free person, dispelling all my worries and concerns to the lord almighty who can make all things possible.
