      <description>Through a career spanning nearly three decades, Tim Breece has overseen more than $1.6 billion worth of real estate development, design-build construction, and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts. Earlier in his career, Tim Breece was involved in renewable energy development such as solar, hydro, wind, and waste to energy technologies. He later served as an operations executive and minority share owner of Brinkmann Constructors which, at the time, ranked among ENR&#39;s list of top 100 US-based contractors.

Since 2014, Tim Breece has served as president of Missouri&#39;s Propper Construction Services (PCS). The company&#39;s projects include retail buildings, multi-family projects, utility-scale solar projects, and bulk warehouse distribution buildings. Some of its recent projects of note include Big Bend Square Redevelopment, 1400 Russell Luxury Apartments, and 5300 Centre. Working on expanding PCS&#39; portfolio, Tim Breece has already secured majority of development contracts that are worth more than a combined $70 million for this year 2019.</description>
