         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is there going to be a recommendation as to whether or not one should precede the other?  (i.e., I think we're planning to give MAP first and then Start Strong).  Are there reasons to reconsider that?   I am also concerned about the "welcome back! Here's a test" effect of the testing we're going to be doing in the fall.  How to help teachers establish a culture of assessment that doesn't feel so high stakes, that encourages engagement and effort without stress, etc.</div>]]></description>
