Through interactive AR applications and practical exercises, they learned how technology can transform learning into an exciting, immersive, and innovative experience.</strong></p><p>Through these activities, the team <strong>gained new knowledge in AR, discovered practical ways to apply STEAM concepts, and strengthened their collaboration skills</strong>.</p><p>We are proud to <strong>share our vision of AR in education</strong> and how it can make subjects like <strong>biology, physics, chemistry, astronomy, mathematics, history, and art</strong> come alive in the classroom.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Surorile Bîlba Nicoleta și Marina au realizat o impresionantă machetă a Turnului Eiffel, aducând la viață un simbol iconic prin lentila creativității, științei și inovației.Timp de o săptămână, cele două eleve au muncit cu pasiune, precizie și răbdare, demonstrând că în spatele fiecărui proiect reușit stau idei îndrăznețe și muncă susținută.</p><p> Proiectul lor reflectă perfect esența abordării STEAM, care îmbină:</p><p>S – Science (Știință) – înțelegerea structurii și stabilității unei construcții emblematice;</p><p>T – Technology (Tehnologie) – folosirea unor metode creative pentru asamblare și prezentare;</p><p>E – Engineering (Inginerie) – proiectarea machetei și adaptarea materialelor pentru a respecta proporțiile reale;</p><p>A – Art (Artă) – atenția la detalii, simțul estetic și designul final;</p><p>M – Mathematics (Matematică) – măsurători exacte, simetrie și proporții.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>This month, the students of <strong>IPLT “Mihai Eminescu”</strong> worked hard to prepare a creative and educational presentation that highlights their curiosity, teamwork, and imagination. Throughout this project, they explored a variety of fascinating topics — from cultural landmarks and museums to scientific experiments and digital creations.</p><p>The presentation begins with an introduction to our learning journey, followed by a look at the <strong>National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History</strong>, where students discovered Moldova’s cultural and natural heritage. Next, they presented a handmade <strong>Eiffel Tower model</strong>, crafted from wooden sticks, representing patience, precision, and creativity.</p><p>The students also shared their favorite <strong>mobile apps</strong>, explaining how technology can support learning and entertainment in everyday life. One of the highlights of the presentation is the original mini-video project called <strong>“Minion Apparition.”</strong> In this fun and artistic activity, students drew their own Minions and brought them to life through animation and sound, transforming static images into a lively short film.</p><p>Finally, the presentation explores the <strong>school laboratory</strong>, where students experimented with plant cells and microscopic structures, connecting theory with real scientific observation.</p><p>Overall, this project reflects the students’ dedication, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning in new and creative ways. It shows how education can be both informative and enjoyable — combining science, art, and imagination into one inspiring experience.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>STEAM DREAMERS</p><p><strong>During the month of October, within the framework of the project “STEAMing Across Borders – Empowering Girls Through Science,”</strong> coordinated by the <em>Academy for Innovation and Change through Education (AISE)</em>, with the support of <em>UN Women Moldova</em> and the financial assistance of the <em>European Union in the Republic of Moldova</em>, students from the <em>Public Institution Theoretical Lyceum “Mihai Eminescu”</em> in Chișinău actively engaged in the use of innovative digital applications such as <strong>3DBear</strong>, <strong>Blippar</strong>, <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Delightex.edu"><strong>Delightex.edu</strong></a>, and <strong>VR Glasses</strong> to enhance and enrich classroom learning.</p><p>Under the guidance of their teachers, these cutting-edge technologies were successfully integrated across multiple subjects, promoting interdisciplinary and experiential learning.</p><p><strong>3DBear</strong> was utilized during English lessons to strengthen students’ vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills through interactive exercises and educational games.<br><a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Delightex.edu"><strong>Delightex.edu</strong></a> was implemented in biology classes to explore augmented reality content, enabling students to visualize biological structures, processes, and phenomena in 3D, thereby fostering a deeper understanding through immersive learning experiences.<br><strong>Blippar</strong> was applied in STEM activities (mathematics and physics), where students designed 3D models such as cubes, pyramids, and other geometric shapes, as well as virtual projects that stimulated creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy.<br><strong>VR Glasses</strong> provided students with opportunities to explore interactive 3D environments for learning, design, and creativity. Through virtual simulations, students could conduct science experiments, visualize mathematical and engineering concepts, create digital art, and experience realistic virtual environments—making STEAM learning more dynamic and engaging.</p><p>Collectively, the integration of these applications contributed to the development of a <strong>stimulating, interactive, and innovation-driven educational environment</strong>, empowering students to acquire 21st-century skills and actively participate in creative, technology-enhanced learning experiences.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

The students were fascinated by its unique architecture, ancient frescoes, and the harmony of art and spirituality reflected in every detail. This visit allowed them to experience beauty, history, and culture in an authentic and meaningful way.</p><p><br></p><p>🔗 STEAM Connection</p><p><br></p><p>Although STEAM focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics, its purpose is much broader: to help students explore the world through curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. The visit to this remarkable church is a perfect example of how these disciplines come together:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>S – Science: Understanding how materials endure over centuries and how the interior paintings were preserved.</p></li><li><p>T – Technology: Discovering the construction techniques used in ancient times and comparing them with modern methods.</p></li><li><p>E – Engineering: Observing the structural design of a building partially buried in the ground and exploring how it has remained stable for hundreds of years.</p></li><li><p>A – Art: Admiring the stunning frescoes, colors, and artistic expressions that reflect the spiritual and cultural heritage of the region.</p></li><li><p>M – Mathematics: Noticing the symmetry, proportions, and geometric patterns present in the church’s design.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Through this visit, students learned that STEAM is not just about modern innovation—it also helps us understand and appreciate the masterpieces of the past. It was filled with exciting activities, emotions, and meaningful meetings with wonderful people.</p><p><br/></p><p>Our students had the pleasure of welcoming guests from UN Women. They presented a science activity about carbonated drinks, sharing experiments and interesting facts about their effects.</p><p><br/></p><p>The students also showcased creative design ideas for a modern school library, a comfortable canteen, and an improved sports hall. Their projects highlighted creativity, teamwork, and innovative thinking.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are proud of our young explorers who confidently shared their ideas and demonstrated that learning can be both creative and impactful. ✨</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p> What happens when an acid reacts with a salt that has basic properties? A chemical reaction takes place in which, among other products, carbon dioxide (CO₂) is formed, visible as effervescent bubbles. It is the same gas that we naturally release when we exhale.</p><p>Interestingly, in this experiment, the amount of CO₂ released during the reaction is comparable to the amount we give off through breathing over a short period of time. Thus, a simple experiment carried out in the kitchen helps us better understand everyday chemical processes and the role of carbon dioxide in the environment.</p><p>The next step? To extend the investigation and measure how much CO₂ is released in exhaust gases, in order to connect simple chemical reactions with the impact of human activities on the environment.</p>]]></description>
