         <description><![CDATA[<div>Butter, flour, milk, salt, sugar, lemon, olive oil, eggs.<br><br></div><ul><li>Sift flour into a mixing bowl.</li><li>Break the eggs onto the flour mixture.</li><li>Pour in half of the milk and whisk until the mixture is smooth.</li><li>Heat a frying pan.</li><li>Add butter or olive oil.</li><li>Add one ladle of mixture in the frying pan.</li><li>Cook for not more than 1 minute.</li><li>Flop the pancake with a spatula.</li><li>Cook the pancake for 30 seconds.</li><li>The pancake is ready to eat!</li></ul><div><strong><em>ANOUK</em></strong>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Amatriciana pasta</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>• tomatoes 400g</div><div>• bacon150g<br>• pecorino cheese 75g<br>• salt<br>• oil<br>• chili pepper<br>• white wine 50g<br>• spaghetti 320g<br><br>Start putting up the water to cook pasta<br>Slice the bacon and fry it with the chili pepper in some oil.<br>After some minutes add the wine to the bacon.<br>In the meantime cut the tomatoes in little <strong>pieces</strong> and when the wine has evaporated add the tomatoes to the bacon and chili until the tomatoes are cooked.<br>Add some salt to the boiling water and then cook the pasta for ten minutes in the salted water.<br>Drain the pasta and add it to the tomato sauce.<br>Finish with some pecorino cheese and your pasta is ready.<br><br><strong><em>Elisabetta</em></strong></div>]]></description>

         <title>Spaghetti Carbonara by Vali</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>ingredients:<br> 125 g  pancetta or streaky bacon - chopped<br>40 g  Parmesan cheese - finely grated<br>40 g  Pecorino cheese - finely grated<br>3 large eggs - beaten<br>2 garlic cloves - peeled and left whole<br>60 g  (1/4 cup) butter<br>300 g  spaghetti<br>salt and pepper to taste<br> </div><ol><li>Mix the 2 <strong>pieces of cheese </strong>together then add about 3/4 of it to the eggs, mixing it well. </li><li>Set aside the rest of the cheese mixture for garnishing.</li><li>Slightly squash the garlic by pressing under the blade of a knife. Set aside.</li><li>Bring a big pot of water with salt to boil, then drop in the spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions (usually bring to boil then start timing for 11 minutes).</li><li>While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a large wide pan and melt the butter.</li><li>When the butter has melted drop in the garlic and pancetta.</li><li>Fry on medium heat until pancetta is crisp and golden.<br>Remove the garlic cloves. Keep the pan on low heat.</li><li>When the spaghetti is ready, drain but make sure to reserve some of the pasta water.</li><li>Put the spaghetti in the pan and mix well with the pancetta.</li><li>Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the egg-cheese mixture.</li><li>Stir to mix well adding about 2-3 tablespoons of the reserved pasta water to keep it moist and glossy.</li><li>Serve immediately on warmed bowls sprinkled with the reserved grated cheese and freshly ground black pepper. </li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> <br><strong>Ingredients</strong>:<br>400 gr <strong>Italian</strong> mascarpone cheese<br>4 eggs<br>120 gr sugar + tablespoon for espresso coffee<br>400 gr <strong>Italian</strong> savoiardi cookies<br>2 ounces espresso or extra strong coffee<br>2 tablespoon<strong>s</strong> cream whisky<br>Unsweetened Cocoa<br><br>Procedure:<br>In a bowl whisk, egg yolks, sugar and half of the whisky cream.<br>Whip fast to thicken. <br>Then, spoon by spoon fold in mascarpone.<br>Mixture <strong>should be</strong> a little softer than the consistency of <strong>mayonnaise</strong>.<br>Whip the egg withes and add them to the mascarpone cream, stirring from bottom to top.<br>On a small plate, mix espresso plus the rest of brandy.<br><strong>Quickly</strong> dip each side of the biscuits, then add a layer <strong>to</strong> the bottom of your serving dish.<br>Top with mascarpone mixture, then repeat for three times and top with the rest of the mixture.<br>Cover and rest in fridge for 4 hours or overnight. <br>Sprinkle Cocoa on top before serving</div>]]></description>
