Some citizens participate in the act of "community service", where citizens unite to do a task which is usually done to improve the community.<br><br>In Ancient Greece, there were many communities, usually populated with citizens of all sorts. Many jobs were needed in Ancient Greece, making massive population good in some ways.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tyranny is a form of leadership where one being has supreme control. This power is sometimes earned and used in illegal ways, causing tyrants to sometimes become abusive with their power<br><br>In Ancient Greece, tyrants would arise when the community didn't agree with their government officials and they would rather have a trustworthy citizen take rule instead. Luckily, tyrants would usually pay their fellow citizens with roles in the government, modified strict laws, and supplied poor with aid.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Oligarchy is a form of government that is usually lead by only a few leaders. These leaders tend to be aristocrats, and their wealth is what usually leads them to be a leader<br><br>Between 1100 and 800 B.C., many aristocrats overthrew the government to create and control their own government. These rulers were usually very wealthy, and many citizens tended to respect them. It still wasn't the perfect system, as citizens could vote yet.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A monarchy is a government ruled by a singular person, usually ruled by a king or queen. In most cases, the power would be passed down in the family. Sometimes, the ruler would have a council of advisors to help them out.<br><br>in 2000-1100 B.C., most of Ancient Greek was ruled in the form of a monarchy. Each king of the city-state had their own castle. Below the castle would lie the village, where citizens who lived there would pay taxes to the king and obey his laws.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Direct Democracy</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Direct democracy is a type of government where the citizens of the corresponding area can directly vote certain policies or vote to create and change laws.<br><br>Around 500 B.C. in the city-state of Athens, citizens of the Citizens Assembly wanted to overrun the tyrants and create the Direct Democracy. This form of government gave power to the people, and it let citizens decide on certain things they wanted changed. The assembly was open to the 30,000 to 40,000 adult white free males who cared to attend to the assembly and vote to change policies.</div>]]></description>
