Follow-up on campaigns can be tricky to manage. Not only do they take time and energy to create, but there’s always that nagging question: What is the line between being persistent and being annoying? While it might seem like you’re crossing that line, the reality is that most people don’t take you up on an offer the first time you make it. So if you’re not organizing a follow up campaign, you’re losing out on converting prospects that would have become followers if they had heard from you one or two more times. Or you’re leaving behind the chance to drive followers up the campaign ladder. (A) Define Your goals, the first step to just about any campaign strategy is establishing the why behind it. The same is true for your follow-up campaigns. Begin by asking yourself what you want your targets to do as a result of receiving the campaign. Maybe it’s getting a prospect to hop on a demo call with someone from your campaign team. Maybe it’s getting an existing target to join your referral program. Whatever the aim is, it’s helpful to get specific about the action you want the person to take so that you can tailor your whole campaign towards driving that action. Keep Your Messaging Fresh. Anyone who has an email address knows that there’s a lot of mail coming your way every day. If you continue to make the same ask in the same way, over and over again, that’s a surefire way to get your email filtered out or deleted. Even though you have a goal in mind, your follow-up should not just be the same content (B.) Keep Your Messaging Fresh. Anyone who has an email address knows that there’s a lot of mail coming your way every day. If you continue to make the same ask in the same way, over and over again, that’s a surefire way to get your email filtered out or deleted. Even though you have a goal in mind, your follow-up should not just be the same content copied, pasted, and re-sent. (3) Be Strategic About Your Timing. There is a bit of a science to timing out when to schedule your follow-ups. Send the communications too close together, and it starts to feel spammy. Leave huge gaps between communications and your run the risk of missing out on the opportunity to close a sale. A good rule of thumb is to give at least two days between emails. For the most part, if someone is going to respond to your email, they’re going to do so within 24 hours of receiving it. That means you don’t want to send an email each and every day, but you also don’t want weeks' worth of lag time.

The main organization responsible for reducing renting will be the Ontario minister of municipal affairs and housing Steve Clark. His ministry is responsible for the yearly increase based on the Ontario Consumer Price Index (CPI). The CPI is a measure of inflation calculated monthly by Statistics Canada using data that reflects economic conditions each year. The guideline on rent increases for 2022 in Ontario is 1.2 percent.

While the subordinate target will be the Ontario governed DOUG Ford because what he has done is removing rent controls on anything built after Nov 2018.

While people from all over Canada – and the world – want to live in Toronto, there have no enough housing built in the city. A recent Scotiabank report found that Toronto had 360 housing units per 1,000 residents in 2020, well below the national average (424), which is in turn well below the G7 average (471). In addition, despite the ongoing condo-construction boom, the number of units per person in Toronto is down slightly from 2016 in the wake of rapid population growth.

Since COVID-19, many things have changed and Toronto, unfortunately, remains in a housing crisis. Many residents become unemployed, closed their business and many company downsized their employee. As a result, the number of homelessness has increased and many stayed on street, park, and ended up in government sponsored shelters and hotel programs. In spite of these challenges, Apartment/house rental has been increasing year after year.

Similarly, because of the growing demand of housing with the increase of population into the city, and new immigration, it could be possible to imagine the competitive interests of property owners and agencies to increase renting. Therefore, in Toronto, the renting price compared to minimum wage $15.5( Nearly 1.6 million Canadian about 10% of salaried employees) is becoming an unattainable discrepancy.

According to the 2021 statistics Canada, the age groups who earn less than $50K are those between 17-24, 25-34, and 65 and above, which account about 44% of the total population (38,246108) while the average rent for 3, 2 and 1 bed room is about $2,700, $2,500 and $ 1,600. This shows the difference between monthly income and the rent in which residents would be forced to spend nearly ¾ of their salary for renting. This is so hard to explain about saving, and the survival strategies of families mainly who have more than one kids. This becoming the worst with the current high inflation even to have consumption goods and services.

Moreover, communities in the neighborhood are complaining against encampments in park, tents under the bridge, close by shelter-Hotel programs due to safety and security issues that is challenging life outside home. in spite of this, government have been demolishing tents, and clearing homeless people to hotel and shelter programs. However, staying in Hotel and shelter also becoming main human right concerns due to crowdedness in nature, its restrict rules and regulations.
Therefore, affordable rent or reduced renting price will play a great role in mitigating the complex challenges of homelessness, which is the purpose of this campaign.
