It wasn't until last year that I realized I just hadn't taken the time needed to get to know them and I was judging them based on one or maybe a few bad encounters. I do still think that not everyone can like everyone but everyone has something likable to them. 
My perspective on my faith has not changed much this semester, I view my spirituality as more of trying to be a good person and there for all. Although I have not found where I stand with God yet and I am way more able to see the good in the people around me and I am way more willing to stand up for what I believe is right. From the beginning of the year when we talked about Tattoos on the Heart by Father Greg Boyle I realized that there is a lot going on that I am not aware of and don't fully understand the importance of.
