I would like to commend Sir Alagar's approach to classroom management, given our schedule, which is 5-8 PM. He was fun, and personally, I understood his lessons through the presentations first, then the feedback second method better, which allows us to give our inputs on the topics we are learning. His classroom fosters active and student-centered learning. He also gives relatable examples, even if he's an HE major. As for improvements, I hope he updates the submission bins in our Google Classroom based on what he said during our class so that we avoid confusion on which topics we are writing about, especially the reflection logs. I also suggest making the group discussion activities much interactive, like the one he did with the Gallery Walk, rather than a simple presentation of information. Other than this, I find Sir Alagar's way of teaching a very supportive, understandable, and considerate one. Thank you, Sir! Keep up the good work po. :>

Special thanks to Sir. Paul for also giving us an advice for the other subjects, and giving also his own opinions. Thank you Sir!!!

I appreciate the way Mr. Alagar approached our class. He made the groupings interactive by using various games to help us find our groupmates. He also encouraged us to be independent in studying and presenting the lessons, which helped us demonstrate our understanding of the topic. In addition, he provided feedback that expanded our knowledge and helped us understand the topics better. Even though our class was scheduled from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, he always gave us time to re-energize ourselves to keep us attentive despite the late schedule. For improvement, I suggest including more presentations or visual aids during discussions, as I personally learn better when visual aids are present. Although he writes on the board, using additional instructional materials would make the lessons clearer and easier to understand. However, our current routine is already well-organized and effective for the class as a whole. Thank you, Sir!

I truly appreciate the way Sir Paul handles our class, as he always finds ways to make the lessons engaging through activities like the Gallery Walk and group discussions, which I find very effective in helping us learn and enjoy at the same time. Honestly, I am not a fan of reading articles especially if they are not as interesting as Wattpad stories HAHAHA, but the way Sir Paul explains concepts clearly and connects them to real-life examples makes the lessons much easier to understand. For improvements? I think it would be helpful if the Google Classroom submission bins for reflection logs were updated weekly to avoid confusion, but aside from that, I believe Sir Paul is doing an excellent job in his teaching. Thank you so much, Sir! I hope you continue inspiring us.

You are so very professional in managing the classroom, the student, and the subject you teach. Your dedication and enthusiasm for teaching are truly inspiring, as demonstrated by the way you engage with your students and create a positive learning environment. And the subject you teach, which is PROFED 11, I find very easy to understand because you simplify complicated concepts into simpler terms and provide real-life examples to help us understand the material better. For improvement? I think it would be good to have a visual PPT so we have a guide during class. Thankk you for your commitment, Sir Paul. Continue to inspire us, and for your next future student

I used to think that Professional Education subjects are focusing on theoretical discussions. Such as: readings, writings, research, and questions. Then, this subject break the chain. In my perception, Sir Paul did a great job. Each week had different approaches to the subject matter. It makes learning fun, interactive, and engaging. It enhances collaborative learning, creativity, critical thinking, and as well as structured learning. On the other hand, I would like to recommend that the submission bins for the reflection logs must be on the time frame. Nevertheless, Sir Paul also gives tips, and tricks for us to be able to complete our course works. Motivates us to give focal point on the teaching profession.

What I like most about his teaching method is the way he ensures that no time is wasted every activity has a fixed time limit that is enough for the task to be accomplished. During activities, he also makes sure that the class is properly guided, which is why he roams around and visits every group’s area. Your class is full of surprises, that's why we know that you're well prepared everytime you come to our class. You're such a good model to all of us. Thanks for appreciating our skills.

My impression about ProfEd 11 was that it would be a difficult subject this semester, but thanks to Sir Paul, he made everything learnable by breaking down the lessons into small parts so that we could grasp the meaning of each concept. He didn't just feed us information without explaining how it works or why it goes that way. This approach helped us bridge our existing knowledge from other ProfEd subjects to this one, which we can use in the future. His teaching method truly transformed a potentially challenging course into an enjoyable learning experience.

Another thing I appreciate is how Sir Paul interacts with us. He is approachable and friendly, which makes it more comfortable to attend his class. Because of this, we now have the courage to present in front of everyone, knowing that he is there to guide us and not to belittle us when we struggle. His supportive attitude creates a positive learning environment where we feel safe to participate and learn. I'm glad that Sir Paul handles this subject because I thought it might be another boring class, but he made it engaging and interesting. We were always active in class and learned the subject the way it was intended.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation towards Sir Alagar's passion in teaching the subject PROFED11. Despite the evening schedule, wherein most of us are already tired, he makes the class as energetic as possible for the sake of smooth flow of discussion and learning. He gives his best in delivering the lessons through the method where we would not get information overloaded, especially when the whole subject is already deep and broad. Not just in lessons, but the way he lets us rest, breathe, and relax our brains for a while before diving to the new lesson because he knew we were tired the whole day and he doesn't rush nor pressure us. There are times wherein he does not relate to some topics we sometimes tell to the class (coding for example) but he tries his best to relate it to the lesson for us to actually understand what he wants us to understand And it was effective. And not also that, he appreciates our differences as well especially in conducting activities. He gives us freedom in selecting our own ways how to execute the activities, and he knows how to make us confortable in the middle of discussions. We appreciate you so much, Sir! Thank you po🥺
