Reason of the problem is constant competition in the world, it can not be solved, but it can be soften.

Overworking directly influence on efficiency and productivity of all people. It is much more profitable for the employer to create comfortable circumstances for employee in order to get quality work. The obvious answer is to reduce hours of work to decrease pressure on people. Another good idea is to force them to leave work and relax after certain time, because some people can not stop in time. For example, most of japanese companies are losing their employees due to overwork and they seriously call it a popular problem. 

People suppose, that today’s work is the only way to stand self-sufficient human, therefore we should pay something instead. Our nerves and mentally health disappear before our eyes. What kind of job is it? Exactly, bureaucracy. Paperwork is very stressful and boring activity as any mistake costs you a lot of money
