Lack of shared responsibility. </p><p>Insufficient time to conduct admin - 30 mins CCE not enough and morning interaction time a bit too limited. </p>]]></description>

Help with cleanliness and the sense of responsiblity and belonging.</p><p><br/></p><p>2) Restorative practice to help students to learn perspective taking as well ways to solve disagreements in the right way. </p><p><br/></p><p>3) working with class committee to effect changes on the ground and from the inside. Removes the idea that discipline is the teachers responsibility but the students' responsibility.</p>]]></description>

We tread carefully between uplifting them and putting them down in our language use.</p>]]></description>
