For overall, all of them have a lot of commonalities. As for me, some of them have a good teaching aids and some need to improve teaching aids especially the writing on the teaching aids. Instructional objectives is proposed by Robert Mager. Instructional objectives are divided general objectives and specific objectives. Bloom's instructional objectives are divided into three domains: cognitive domain, psychomotor domain and affective domain. Cognnitive domain related to knowing fact and information. Psychomotor domain related to performing physical skills. Affective domain involves feeling and exhibits personal attitudes. We finished our lecture session in week 9 For the tutorial, as usual there are 6 presenter for the micro-teaching. For overall, most of them have structured content and improve a lot in their voice projection. Next, they have to vary pace in teaching and make a good choice for induction set. During the tutorial, we continue having micro-teaching. As usual 6 person will do the micro-teaching and this week is my turn to do the micro-teaching. I choose to teach chapter 3: Coordination and response on learning outcome 3.2: Analyse the role of nervous system. To me, this topic is not easy to teach if we do not use suitable teaching aids. It is because nervous system is in our body and is intangible. It is not easy to imagine what happen in the nervous system without using appropriate learning aids. At the end of tutorial, Sir Furkan gave feedback on our micro-teaching. Firstly, we need to improve voice projection. Secondly, we must have eye contact with student and give equal attention. Thirdly, we must use suitable teaching aids. Fourthly, we must have pace in teaching and be more expressive in our delivery. Fifthly, we need to improve induction set in lesson plan. Next, when we write on mahjong paper, we should not compact the words. We also must learn how to overcome fear and shy when we stand in front of the class. It is very important to evaluate our curriculum as we can make any changes to improve the curriculum. Curriculum should be continuously reviewed in maintaining and sustaining the quality, relevance, adequacy and quantity needed in the program/curriculum. CIPP model is used for evaluation. It is introduced by Daniel Stufflebeam in 1966. CIPP consists of context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation. Next, we also learn curriculum development division (CDD). CDD aims the development of the school towards increasing the quality of education in line with the National Philosophy of Education. During tutorial, we had micro-teaching. This the first week of micro-teaching. Six person were taught on biology subject form 4 and form 5. They used teaching aids during teaching process. At the end of the tutorial, Sir Furkan gave comments on their micro-teaching. There were a lot of things need to be considered when teaching. First, we have to improve our time management. Secondly, when we want to teach about a process we must use stimulus such as picture to support teaching process. Thirdly, as a teacher we must speak clearly and don't mumbling when talking. Fourthly, we must engage with students. For example, walk in the classroom to see students's progress and call students's name to answer question. Fifthly, teacher must construct activity based on success criteria. Dynamic model is to overcome weaknesses of Tyler's model. It can be start at any point (for ex: content, objectives, method and evaluation). Tyler's model must start with objective. The strength of Dynamic model is flexible and practical. The disadvantage of this model is no fixed direction and objectives. Next, Taba's model. Taba's model is more suitable for language model. It also known as Grass-roots approach. Taba's model is an inductive approach which the step starts with specific to a general. Taba's model has 7 steps. Last but not least is contemporary model. It also known as framework of curriculum development. Contemporary model consists of 5 steps which are need analysis, formulating objective, selecting and organizing content, implementing the curriculum and evaluating the curriculum. During tutorial class, we proceed with the lesson plan and all aspect in the lesson have been explained by Sir Furkan. The strength of Tyler's model is clearly defined and it is organized step by step. The criticism of this model is too rigid and governed by objective. During tutorial, we have finished lesson plan until the aspect that have been explained by Sir Furkan and we checked our lesson plan with sir. And there are many mistakes that we do and we have to correct them. As for me, I have to add more content and activity in the lesson plan. After finishing review an article, we have to submit to turnitin to check plagiarism. And my plagiarism was 2 %. The percentage of plagiarism must be below 5%. We submit the article review before enter the tutorial class. Finish one assignment and another 3 to go. During our tutorial class, we have been taught on how to prepare lesson plan in more details. And our instructor explain the content needed in the lesson plan. In the lesson plan there is induction set, development set and closure. Everyone comes from different family background and they try hard to survive in this education course. Just same with me. I'm very an introvert person. I don't have courage to speak in front of others. I try very hard to speak in front and improving my confidence level every time I have to do the presentation. My umi really wants me to become a teacher. I have apply IPG before and I take MEDSI and do test on physical activity. When the result come out, I didn't get it. I told my umi and she was very-very disappointed and dengan sayunya she said like this 'kenapa la orang tu tak pilih along'. I feel bad at that time. I disappoint her a lot. Then I took my diploma in science. But still I want to be a teacher as my umi wish. I want to give all my best as long as my umi still alive. I want to show to her I can be a teacher. As what Sir Furkan says for my micro-teaching, I had a good tone. I need to learn how to play with my tone and improve pace of teaching. To me, that is my talent as not everybody has a good tone.
