One of the biggest issues is cybersecurity but many businesses continue to underestimate the importance of it. They often prioritize short-term profitability over long-term security. This can lead to insufficient budget allocation, with cybersecurity behind other operational expenses, leaving vulnerabilities unaddressed. Additionally, a lack of awareness and a shortage of skilled cybersecurity professionals can worsen the cybersecurity problem. As a result, businesses confront significant potential consequences, including reputation damage, financial losses, and business disruption which can have lasting effects on customer trust and overall existence.

Mi Chaw Su Su Thwe

Ei Linn Thaw

However, the advantages outweigh the drawbacks in many ways. First of all, using social media can offer a bunch of knowledge, information, and other varieties of connectivity. We can stay connected with our family, and friends and keep in touch with the world just through social media. Moreover, we are at ease with banking and bill pay at our fingertips. Instead of using cash, the banking systems are safer and easier than the usual payment system. In addition to this, it can be more reliable. Furthermore, we can get a lot of benefits and opportunities also in our employment through content discovery through some applications like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Last, we can develop our job skills and learn new things via YouTube videos.

Than Thar Moe Satt and Kay Thazin Moe

Supporting Paragraph for Should Schools teach religion? Yes, schools should teach religion. Educational institutions should include religion in their curriculum to build better cultural understanding between pupils from various backgrounds. Religious education provides necessary understanding of different religions and their beliefs through which conflicts can be avoided because of ignorance and misconceptions. The purpose of teaching religion in schools consists of educating students about fundamental world faiths without backing any religion while staying neutral and respectful throughout. People who obtain education regarding religions will develop empathy alongside reduced social prejudice which then helps create a peaceful society with inclusion for all. The understanding of religion enables students to grow intellectually and personally as well as helps them gain valuable knowledge in history literature and art.

Should Early Abortion Be Legalized?

The first reason that early abortions should be legalized is to protect the mother's health. When the pregnancy is known early and if she takes action early, she will not have to risk her health condition, and she will be free from the responsibilities of bearing a child. Furthermore, the legalization of abortion can also protect against the consequences of an unwanted pregnancy. What if the young girl was raped? Is she supposed to bear all the consequences of the thing that was not even her fault? It is unfair to that young girl. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), complications from pregnancy and childbirth are the leading cause of death for girls and young women ages 15 to 19 ("Human"). Children ages 10 to 14 have a higher risk of health complications and death from pregnancy than adults ("Human"). Last but not least, legalizing it means protecting women, girls, and other pregnant people's rights. After all, legalizing early abortion is not just a choice but an ultimate change to rebuild a woman's life, ensuring safety, dignity, and the fundamental rights to shape her future again.

Work Cited

Human Rights Watch.

Can we predict earthquakes?

Earthquakes cannot be predicted with precise accuracy, and despite advances in science, there is no reliable method to determine the exact time, location, or magnitude of a future quake. Instead, scientists assess long-term risks based on fault lines and past seismic activity. Misunderstanding this distinction often leads to rumors and public panic, especially in earthquake-prone regions like ASEAN. For example, a strong earthquake struck on March 28, 2025, shaking central regions of Myanmar and causing damage to infrastructure and homes. The event occurred without warning. More recently, rumors circulated in Myanmar predicting an earthquake on April 21, but no such event occurred. Rather than focusing on unreliable predictions, efforts should be directed toward preparedness, public education, and early warning systems that can reduce harm when an earthquake does occur.

Myat Min Hein

Khaing Zin Myat

Should Single-Use Plastics Be Banned?

Single-use plastics are very common in modern life, but their environmental effects raise questions about whether or not they should be banned. Plastic hurts ocean animals. They eat it or get stuck in it, and it can make them sick or die. It stays in the ocean for a long time and slowly makes nature worse while their centuries-long degradation continues to perpetuate ecological harm. Moreover, their production depends on fossil fuel consumption, leading to warming of the climate by huge carbon emissions. Such a ban would directly curb this pollution, further reduce emissions, and lessen dependence on non-renewable sources. Single-use plastics tend to leach toxic chemicals into food and water, which have risks such as disruption of hormones. Banning these will preserve health to all and relieve an economic burden in terms of managing plastic waste. That’s why we should ban single-use plastics and choose a world where people and nature can live well together.

Thaw Pyae Sone

Ei Ngone Phuu

For example, many companies regularly update their software to fix security weaknesses. With the rise of cyber threats, businesses recognize that cyber security is essential to their survival, and many now consider it a core part of their digital strategy rather than an afterthought. Many also implement regular security audits and comply with strict regulations. Additionally, companies are providing cybersecurity training to employees to reduce human error, which is often the weakest link. Rather than prioritizing short-term profits, many businesses now view cybersecurity as a long-term investment essential for maintaining customer trust and business continuity.

Than Thar Moe Satt and Kay Thazin Moe

Rebuttal Paragraph for should early abortion be legalized.

Early abortion legalization fails to address important ethical and moral issues associated with it although supporters consider it necessary to protect women's rights and physical health. Any choice to terminate pregnancy at any initial stage ends a potential human life thus many people consider this act ethically immoral regardless of specific factors. Society needs to emphasize educational resources and emotional assistance programs along with adoption programs rather than treating abortion as an appropriate answer. Younger girls as well as several women experience enduring emotional and psychological trauma following abortion procedures. Establishing legislation through rare circumstances particularly in cases of rape results in widespread misuse that threatens the core value of human life. Solutions that protect the mother along with preserving the unborn child should be pursued since they exist without requiring abortion procedures.

Counter argument for “Should Schools Teach Religion?”

While teaching religion in schools can promote understanding and cultural awareness, some argue that it may also lead to potential bias or conflict, especially in diverse classrooms. Critics contend that religion is a deeply personal matter and should be taught at home or in religious institutions rather than in public schools, in order to maintain the separation of church and state. There is also concern that even a neutral presentation of religious content could unintentionally favor certain beliefs or offend others, resulting in discomfort among students and parents. To avoid these issues, many believe that schools should instead focus on fostering inclusivity through non- religious subjects such as ethics, history, or comparative culture studies.

Myat Min Hein

Khaing Zin Myat

Although the US is 1st in hard power, such as military and GDP, it is falling behind in critical areas, such as 30th in healthcare affordability, 25th in primary education, 13th in infrastructure quality, and 15th in happiness. Despite its past dominance over the world, its decline in education, healthcare, and infrastructure could erode its long-term dominance. China is catching up fast in technology and manufacturing, and the EU leads in quality of life. So why do we still believe that USA is the greatest? If USA is greatest because it has freedom, there are over 180 countries where has freedom. There is no supporting certain evidence which show USA is the greatest.

Counter argument for "Is the EAGLE still the greatest country?"

Well, one should admit that the U.S.A. has some problems of its own. Healthcare is expensive, schools need fixing, and roads are falling apart. That doesn't mean it is fair to call it not the greatest anymore. Though quite a lot is still going fine! Inventions and technology mean the U.S. has such a brilliant mind. The best universities and biggest companies reside here and help people across the world. And guess what? The U.S. is still setting the trends when it comes to music, movies, and media, and everyone is tuned in. The government is not that perfect, but the people here can speak out and protest for good causes and for what they believe in. Now that is freedom, and not many countries enjoy it. So, no, America is not perfect. However, it is powerful, creative, and always trying to better itself. That is what makes America special and maybe still the greatest in some pretty major ways.

Thaw Pyae Sone
Ei Ngone Phuu

Counter argument "Should Single-Use Plastics Not Be Banned?"

Although there are real issues with single-use plastics, a complete ban might not be the best or most effective answer. Single-use plastics are required for cleanliness, hygiene, and convenience. Disposable plastic syringes, gloves, and packages in medicine, for example, prevent infection and save lives. In food processing plants, they keep food fresh, lengthen the shelf life of food, and decrease spoilage, which decreases food waste—a major environmental problem in itself.

Also, banning single-use plastics when there are no available and affordable alternatives could be harmful to poor communities and developing countries that depend on their affordability and convenience. Paper or bioplastics usually cost more to produce and could potentially cause greater environmental harm through water use, deforestation, or energy-intensive processes.

Rather than prohibiting single-use plastics entirely, we should focus on improving waste disposal systems, investing in recycling plants, and promoting responsible consumer behavior. Advances in biodegradable plastic and circular economy approaches can reduce plastic waste without compromising the convenience that single-use plastics provide.

Last but not least, reducing plastic pollution is extremely important, but banning single-use plastics altogether can end up causing more damage than good in some areas. A more balanced approach promoting wiser use, recycling, and innovative problem-solving to benefit the world as well as humanity is required.

Han Htoo Sett

Htet Aung Lin
