I was just came back from my working place, today was so tired.
Today is the first day working at Gindaco (Mid Valley Outlet), Gindaco is a Japan brand-name which sell the Japanese food call "Takoyaki", mean octopus ball in English.
Although today is my first day working, the supervisor is not at the outlet, today is her off day. Her name is Janice. The others senior staffs was told to training me in the kitchen to cook the "takoyaki".
I personally think this is really a rare case to spend all day in the kitchen to training cooking "takoyaki", I thought I will be train to be the cashier first because I think that is the best way to understand all products in the store.
Its is hard to make a good takoyaki when there is too many SOP to remember at the same time cooking.
The iron plate to cook the takoyaki has temperature 200c, I accidently hurt my hand by the hot plate and the hot oil. I am so sad and tired, so hurt.

Janice, my supervisor ask me to work earlier, she said the money of OT will be paid, so I agree.
Today, she is teaching me on how to work as a cashier. She teach me on how to use the Point of Sales (POS) System, with how to do discount and promotion using that system.
She also tech the SOP as being a cashier, like how to welcome the customers and the information that have to tell the customers when they have questions on our products.
She then teach me the SOP and how to do the topping of takoyaki, since we have 5 different topping now.

Today, a staff name Haffi teach me on how to do the opening of the shop. 
We first have to open the computer and SOP system. Then we open the hot iron plate, clean again the hot iron plate and prepare the ingredients for the use of making takoyaki. Lastly we have to put the equipment at the right place and open the light sharp at 10:00a.m.
Tomorrow I will have to do the shop opening as well but will be exam by the other staff name Ameera, she will be observe me whether I do the opening right and on time or not.

Today is public holiday (Thaipusum),  today is very busy at the store because there mare many people come to visit Mid Valley Megamall.
I am happy and glad nothing big happened when I doing opening today morning, I reach the store around 8:30a.m and I start doing opening preparation at that time, with the help of Ameera, we manage to finish the preparation on time at 10:00a.m, which is the start of business hour.
Today, we are pushing the product shave ice. There are 2 flavors which is the mango and the matcha (green tea). Tonight also a man name Bun come and take the ingredients for the outlet to sell Croissant Taiyaki, a special French sweet combine with Japan Taiyaki.
We only sell one flavor which is the best seller of Croissant Taiyaki, the Matcha Ice-cream with red bean cost RM8.50.
We didn't own the machine to make taiyaki, the taiyaki is pre-made at other outlet of Croissant Taiyaki then sent to our outlet. What we need to do is cut open the taiyaki then put in the matcha ice-cream and red bean. There are really got a lot of people out there, the more I work the more I see different types of people, many of them are weird. I meet one female customer that only want to buy 1 pc of the takoyaki, we are sorry but the minimum are 6pcs. She say she is full but really want to try the takoyaki, and she finally end up to disturb our others customers.
She say she want share with the customers, she will pay half the price. I want her to leave so much so I take 1pc of takoyaki and give her.
