-Adnan stole money from the mosque every Friday. He did admit that he stole  money, but was irritated about the fact that Koenig was talking about what he didn't want to be touched upon.

-In trial, there were many times that Adnan was mistaken as Pakistani, which shows how much they don't know Adnan.

-Adnan and Hae loved each other, and was most important that they understood about their circumstances well since they both had immigrant parents
-At their homecoming, Adnan was taken from his parents and that officially ended their relationship with Hae. Hae was sad, but she quickly started dating with Don just before that. Adnan was also dating with multiple girls.
