The speaker feels that language is a bothersome thing. It allows people to communicate with one another yet it prevents a person from being or knowing who their true self is. Being bilingual or multilingual causes a person to have different personalities when around certain cultures. Yet, the speaker finds that language individualizes them, therefore it is a blessing all the same.

The speaker feels that language is a very good, expressive, although strange, way of stating how you feel, although it may be sometimes conflicting.We can observe this when they state, "My tongue is divided into two by virtue, coincidence or heaven...enjoying being a voice for the message." In addition, these combination of funny sounds make up words in which we use to express our thoughts. We can see this in the following, "tongue english of the funny sounds...tongue in funny english sounds." Overall, we use English in ways that can either hurt people or benefit us and expresses our emotions.
