         <description><![CDATA[<div>China, Nigeria, and the USA have incomes that range between 1,000 and 10,000 dollars per year. The graph shows that the each of the three countries make an income within the range of $1,000 and $10,000 by having each of the countries three colors spread into the 1,000 and 10,000 dollar ranges. What some countries, like the US, see as a low income, could be seen by other countries, like Nigeria, as a very large income but all of the countries have incomes that range between $1,000 and $10,000.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
