Inclusive Environments, I believe we need a few key ingredients in order to make classrooms more inclusive, such as:

Organize days of in-depth study of materials, focusing on artistic and multimedia languages, to make students more protagonists of teaching.
Set up the "student week" to reinforce the sense of belonging to the school.
Re-qualify school spaces with the children, to enhance the school as a common good to take care of.
 Promote dedicated moments of listening during class councils and faculty colleges, to guarantee consultation opportunities on topics concerning students.
 Provide exchange meetings between students and local institutions / bodies, to explore issues addressed at school.
 Start the school year with the "week of reception", to encourage a fairer definition of the first classes of secondary schools of I degree following the observation and systematic knowledge of the students.
Set up the time of listening in circle time to strengthen the relational dynamics.
Experiments "bridging paths" between primary and secondary, to promote the knowledge of the new school contexts among the boys.
Carry out widespread workshops of sentimental education to prevent all forms of discrimination and bullying at school.
Transform the classroom setting by abandoning the frontality in all classes, to experiment with new ways of participatory teaching.
Promote knowledge and enhancement of the territory by organizing educational outings for each class.
Give life, with the contribution of students and parents, to a school library, to enhance the reading skills of young people and offer cultural opportunities open to the citizens.
Organize activities dedicated to children and adults, to promote educational and convivial moments between students, teachers and parents.
Activate a twinning with a school in your city, enhancing the educational and educational offer, to offer students opportunities for exchange and knowledge of other realities. 
Implement prevention activities against abuse and mistreatment at school in synergy with all the actors of the territory.

In an inclusive environment I would like to see in my class:- Organization and management of the class with quality - Respect for difference inside and outside the class; - Collaborative work among teachers; -Cooperation between students in the classroom; Positive and consistent climate; -Careful planning of the curricular and activities; - Use of diversified strategies and resources; - Classroom organized; - Clear definition of tasks and objectives; Careful attention to each student's achievement rhythms. But having this inclusive learning environment requires training, human, technological and material resources and time. Time we do not have because we spend a lot of time with bureaucracy.

Specially educated children have problems in establishing friendship in class.
