* Staff and student engagement was low.  Getting students to do something during their lunch block was hard as well as convincing staff to pull off an engaging lesson, despite the fact that materials were created for them.

Rolling it out through the district supported the "no excuse" mindset around supporting our students, essentially leaving them with no excuses.
