         <description><![CDATA[<p>During our first network session we were joined by Rachel Griffiths for a session on <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://sites.exeter.ac.uk/hasspgrblog/2026/04/23/reflective-journal/">reflective journaling</a>. </p><p><br/></p><p>It can sometimes be a bit tricky to get into reflective writing and keeping a reflective journal, so having prompts and guidance can be really helpful to get started. Please add any useful how to guides, prompts, or just things you have found helpful in the comments. </p><p><br/></p><p>PS We still have some notebooks for those who would like to start reflective journaling - pop along to a network session to grab one!</p>]]></description>
