The pros of digital resources are there are the wealth of primary sources we can access so quickly. The cons are needing a screen available to make sure all kids can see an image, and or trying to zoom in on certain parts of images. Kids are reading sources on-line so are unable to mark up a copy of the text. The pros of print primary sources (i.e.) a poster - easier for all students to see- walk up to and examine, or a text can be copied and post-its/highlighters can be used.

The pros of digital sources are the research results are readily available and we can refine our search criteria rather quickly and easily. The cons are that we can't mark up anything and sometimes the research results are too broad and overwhelming.

The pros of the print primary sources are more tangible, we can mark them up and share easily. The cons are that the sources could become outdated rather quickly and troublesome when they get piled up and worse yet, misplaced.
