* Emotional assessment testing?
I learned emotional assessment testing is sort of like the personality test i took in personality course.
*As a counselor i can use this as a tool to help students look into future interest and explore who they are through this form of testing.
*remember to let students know this doesn't tell them who they are its only an interpretation of ones personality. we all have the opportunity to choose what we want in life.
References
* G.

* there are many different types of leadership in terms of being a leader.
* I feel as of servant leadership is more relate-able to me.
* servant leadership: is all about putting others first. Servant leaders care about the end goal but are more concerned about the overall development of those involved in the process.
*Charismatic leaders get the team pumped, and are more concerned about the end goal amd overall sucesss of the team. Charismatic leaders are charismatic in their approach when giving instruction to the team.
* In terms of guidance couseling a servant leader would approach the situation as if the sessions were rogerian style. Meaning client centered.
* A charismatic approach in education is like a principal. Principal work with faculty and staff toachieve overall academic success of the school as a whole. Principals achieve all this while maintaing a sucessful amd productive team (staff)

* Animation Link

https://goanimate.com/videos/0yEk-f9CaqFw?utm_source=linkshare&utm_medium=linkshare&utm_campaign=usercontent

* References
Sugden, R.

* Article choice: ending racism within schools.
*Summary of article: Educators address minority children with words like "them kids" and etc. The words are degrading to the children and do not support the children's academic success. Specifically African american children. They go home and see how media treats other African Americans, to come to school and be dis respected. Teachers are culturally incompetent and do not respect or try to learn about other cultures, mostly because they were raised among their same race and or private schools. To fix the problems schools developed workshops before school started and reinforcer courses to educate the staff on the various cultures. Organizations like NAACP attend the workshops to tell educators about current trends within minorities and how to address these diverse students.
* References
-Simmons, D. (2017).
