They employ thousands of people world wide and have well over 10% of market share in sporting goods.

Operating: Competitors of Adidas are other sporting companies like Nike, Puma, Slazenger and Under Armour, 

Internal: Adidas has over 31,000 employees world wide, they have a tiered business structure. 

Macro: in the economy it has become a daily thing to wear sporting gear so Adidas make lots of profit.

Adidas is an ethical business because they take good care of there employees and there customers/consumers, employees get payed well and are respected. Customers gets good prices and are looked after very well.Adidas has banned hazardous materials and makes sure nothing goes to waste.
