         <description><![CDATA[<div>Spaghetti and Meatballs<br><br>INGREDIENTS<br>1. egg</div><div>Spaghetti</div><div>Ground beef</div><div>Freshly grated Parmesan</div><div>Garlic cloves, minced</div><div>Extra-virgin olive oil</div><div>Onion, finely chopped</div><div>1. Can crushed tomatoes<br><br>DIRECTIONS <br>In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti according to package instructions<br>In a large bowl, combine beef with  Parmesan, egg, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix until just combined then form into 16 balls.<br>In a large pot over medium heat, heat oil. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a plate<br>Add onion to pot and cook until soft. Add crushed tomatoes and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to pot and cover. Simmer until sauce has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.<br>Serve pasta with a healthy scoop of meatballs and sauce. Top with Parmesan before serving.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ive been making a lot of different dishes in quarantine but one of my favorites is making popsicles i've done chocolate with oreos, peanut butter,coconut and lemon pie with homemade cookie. My favorite by now is the coconut one.<br>The ingredients for the coconut popsicle is<br>-One can of condensed milk<br>-One can of coconut milk<br>-Two bags of shredded coconut <br>-Plastic cups<br>-And the popsicles :)<br><br>The steps are:<br>1. First we need to mix preferably in a blender, its better if we add the coconut mil first and then the condensed milk.<br>2. Mix the mixture we made before with the shredded coconut, i like it with a lot of coco so I add the whole two bags but it mostly depends on your tastes.<br>3. Pour all the mixture in the cups and put them in the freezer.<br>4.Constantly check on them to see when they are not that liquid to add the popsicles<br>5. Wait like four or five hours till they are completely frozen.<br>6. Enjoy :D</div>]]></description>

Add shrimp, sprinkle with salt, and cook it on one side, without flipping, on medium-high heat for about 30 seconds.</li><li>Flip the shrimp to the other side. Add the sauce from step 1 and chopped green onion to the skillet and cook shrimp for about 1 more minute, in the sauce, on medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
