         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you exercise, your pulse rate speeds up.&nbsp;<br>This is because the muscles need to move meaning the amount of energy needed increases.&nbsp;<br>The energy needs more glucose meaning more blood is produced.&nbsp;<br>The blood needs to get pumped around the body at a faster rate resulting in a faster pulse rate.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
