Cyberbullying has become a big issue in a world filled with technology. This makes students less likely to think before they hit send, thus breaking the 10th guideline.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to prevent this behavior. One precaution that could be taken are monitoring your child's technology usage. Teaching your kids to be respectful and understand that the internet is not a game is the first step in making sure that the next generation is using their computer in ways that show respect and consideration.</div>]]></description>
