Teachers can execute different strategies to deliver the learning objectives. However, at the end of the day, it is very important to check if the students really understand what is being taught and if the strategies are suited to the students' learning style and whether if the learning is meaningful and effective. If a teacher fails to reflect, he or she wouldn't know what works best for the students, hence a teacher would not be able to help the students to reach their full potential.
