Cataract Surgery: In cases of visual impairment caused by cataracts, surgery may be chosen as a solution. Typically, an artificial lens is implanted in the eye to replace the damaged and clouded lens, often resulting in the restoration of vision.

Magnification Systems: Enhancing vision can be achieved through the use of appropriate lenses, reading telescopes, surgical systems, and hand magnifiers. Additionally, for expanding visual fields, prescriptions may include prisms and mirror systems.

Glaucoma Treatment: Medications in the form of eye drops are prescribed to manage glaucoma. These eye drops may contain prostaglandin analogues such as Latanoprost, tafluprost, and travoprost. Other drugs used may include Beta-blockers like betaxolol hydrochloride, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors like dorzolamide, and Sympathomimetics such as brimonidine tartrate.
