The new process was much faster than the Calotype reducing exposure times to seconds rather than minutes. It was also less expensive to produce than the daguerreotype. Importantly it allowed superbly detailed negatives to be made of a quality never before seen. By printing the new negatives on albumen paper new aesthetic possibilities and practical applications for photography were opened up.<br><strong>exhibition , event and awards <br>- </strong>1851 Exhibition at the Crystal Palace, Hyde Park. Tokoh fotografi ini telah mengambil nama yang dianggap aneh 'Eadweard' berdasarkan kepercayaan yang berasal daripada Anglosaxon.<br><br>2. Beliau dilahirkan di Kingston Upon Thames, England, Pada 9 April 1830. Dan beliau meninggal pada 8 May 1904.<br><br>3. Mr. Mubridge merupakan seorang fotografi yang terkenal melalui kajian pergerakan objek iaitu gerakan. Beliau menjadi orang yang pertama menggunakan kamera dalam bidang kajian saintifik.<br><br>SUMBANGAN<br>1. Mr. Muybridge berjaya menangkap gambar kuda yang mengangkat keempat-empat kaki semasa berlari sekaligus membuktikan pandangan beliau benar.<br><br>2. Beliau telah menciptakan Zoopraxiscope dan phenalkistiscope disc bertujuan menjadikan imej lebih menarik iaitu boleh bergerak dengan teknik pemindahan.<br><br>3. Sumbangan Mr. Muybridge turut digunapakai dalam bidang sinematografi dan perfileman.          <description><![CDATA[<div>HONEYCOMB<br>1) Zawin <br>2) Siti Ana<br><br>Robert Howlett <br>- born 3 July 1831 in Theberton, Suffolk<br>- dead at 10 Bedford Place, Campden Hill, Kensington, London on 2 Dec 1858<br>- was a pioneering Britishphotographer whose pictures are widely exhibited in major galleries.<br>- produced portraits of Crimean War heroes, genre scenes and landscapes.<br>- his photographs include the iconic picture of Isambard Kingdom Brunel which was part of a commission by the Illustrated Times to document the construction of the world's largest steamship, the SS Great Eastern.<br><br>CONTRIBUTION<br>- Howlett associated with amateur practitioners through exhibitions of his photographs and in 1856 began to exhibit his work at the Photographic Society in London.  <br><br>- Howlett designed and sold portable darkroom tents and in 1856 wrote a booklet entitled On the Various Methods of Printing Photographic Pictures upon Paper, with Suggestions for Their Preservation. <br><br>- In 1855, he entered into a professional partnership with Joseph Cundall to establish a commercial photography studio in London.<br><br>- Howlett is best known for a series of photographs commissioned by the LondonTimes newspaper to document the construction of the steamship The Great Eastern, the largest ship built in the nineteenth century.</div>]]></description>
