Relationships are very delicate, too close and easy to get bored and arguing, too far away and it is easy to lead to estrangement.

According to unit2's research, I used some plants in the pond to describe the close relationship between mother and child. The leaves and flowers grow from the lotus root, just like a mother giving birth to a child. The lotus root grows in the silt, and the lotus leaf and lotus flower grow in the air. It's like mothers and children grow up in different times, so we have many different opinions. The water in the middle is like the distance between us. The right amount of water can ensure the healthy growth of lotus and lotus leaves. When the lotus root and the rhizome are cut off, the main body is separated, but there are still many tissue fibers in the middle of the plant to connect them.

So I choose to use books as my artistic medium, because books have a strong narrative and can clearly express the theme I want to convey to the audience.

The book is divided into three parts. The first part is to explain the concept, which is to use plants as a metaphor for the parent-child relationship. The second part is about contradictions, some problems that are easy to arise between mothers and children.
