For E3/4, should we add the BOY assignments for every test or release them over time?

Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to motivate my kids to do their work when it is not graded? In the past with Troy Time Plus it was like pulling teeth and they would just speed through it and not care about the zeros. I want a strong motivating system from the beginning this time around.
