This Institute is quite big and administers  many schools,  from the  pre - school to the  secondary school, situated in three different towns. However, the region isn’t densely populated so the total  amount of students isn’t very large. I teach in six classes and have about 100 students. This school year, before lessons started, we discussed a lot about how to teach and assess competences, but we didn't arrive to share a clear common method. I must say that ideas weren't clear enough and many among us aren't ready to update  their teaching methods.
