I think this is very important to implement and easy of course.

Everyone must have experienced anxiety, and various ways may be done to overcome it. In this podcast, we discuss 10 ways to overcome anxiety.

1. According to the speaker, the first thing you can do to overcome anxiety is to drink caffeine and alcohol, which tend to affect mood. According to him caffeine is very helpful and very influential.

2. The next is super easy, you just need it's to breath deep, namely by doing yoga. The technique that can be done is when yoga, try to be able to take a deep breath, then hold it, and let it out. It feels really good, and you'll be a little more relieved.

3. Take a walk or just get out of the room where you are. Speaker said that this is also very important to be able to overcome the anxiety you face. Especially by taking a walk, enjoying the surroundings, and you will feel more relaxed, it doesn't take long, just ten minutes is enough.

4. Next is doing therapy, this is something that should not be missed, because therapy is so important to be able to overcome anxiety. To do therapy you might feel scared for the first time, but other views say that therapy is the same as if we go to the gym, so don't miss it.

5. Next is to identify what made you anxious in the first place. Sometimes things happen and you just feel anxious for various reasons, but sometimes it's weird because there's no obvious reason why you're feeling anxious.

6. Next is trying to think "HALT" (hungry, angry, lonely, or tired). You can think about it when you feel anxious, you can identify yourself. Example if you feel hungry, then try to make food that you like. And maybe this will be an important thing, because you know the cause of the anxiety you feel.

7. Next, the speaker calls it microtransactions, which is doing something that doesn't waste energy, but can take up a lot of time. The example listed is when the speaker spends time editing the video. And with micro transactions will be able to distract your brain.

8. Next, the speaker who likes science, considers himself only as an organism consisting of trillions of atoms which is very complex and amazing. So the speaker mentions that if he's feeling anxious, he always thinks that it's a small, unimportant thing, because then it will become minor and the problem will be easy to solve and much better to deal with.

9. Do not blame yourself, because anxiety will not go away in a day.

10. And the last if you're having anxiety, be vulnerable, and talk to someone about it.

What do you think of when you hear the word "hobby"? Hobbies are certainly not foreign to hear, some people of course already know about hobbies. Hobbies are recreational activities that are done to calm the mind, and of course involve activities that we like.

In this podcast, I bring the topic of what benefits we get if we do a hobby. According to the magazine 'Psychology Today', hobbies are important to people for many reasons. First is a hobby that manages your time because you have to make time for it, secondly doing a hobby can keep you focused when you suddenly lose focus on activities. Third, it can relieve stress. Fourth, if you do a hobby, you will easily socialize when you meet people who do the same hobby. And lastly, the effect of his hobby on the brain. Your brain becomes efficient when you do a hobby or learn a new skill. New skills activate brain neurons to make more connections, and thus you learn faster and slow down aging.

I really enjoy this listening, because it's not too fast in speaking, but what is still an obstacle is the pronunciation using a British accent, so there are some vocabs that are not heard clearly. To fix this, I played the audio several times, and tried to listen to it carefully, after that I applied the note taking method as well, to be able to guess the vocab first, then look at the transcript.

Beginning in the 1960s, an average of two heatwaves occurred a year in the US. In the 2010s, the number rose to six as heatwaves became more frequent in the US and around the world. For that people want to design a city with a concept that can make the atmosphere cool and cool. Architects also arrange buildings in certain patterns, and they add shade structures throughout the community. In 1967, Singapore started its garden city with many planted trees and added new parks. The city is creating sky gardens and adding greenery on tall buildings. Indeed, "reforestation" was the best solution at that time. And in the US, several cities are offering incentives to install green roofs, and the energy department is planning to start a grant program to build green roofs in public schools.

Seeing the need to increase the efficiency of heavy material handling processes for various manufacturing industries, finally Japanese robotics and automation provider FANUC created a monster machine, with a load of up to 1.7 tons, which is equivalent to two small cars or 24 people. Robot with the code name M-2000IA/1700L broke the world record with the heaviest weight that can be lifted by a robot. Very amazing. The robot's six axes and wrists make it an agile weightlifter, moving and placing objects over large work areas with an extremely high degree of precision. And the robot also has an ingress protection rating of 7, which basically means it has the second highest level of protection against solid object intrusion, so it's not enough against solid object intrusion.

Professional basketball leagues have been around since 1947, and there are many players who excel at the game. Players like Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, and Jerry West had made their mark in the league long before Jordan played the game. But every American fan always thinks that Jordan is the best player at the moment. Jordan led the team to six finals, and he was absolutely incredible. His legend is firmly entrenched in the history of the great city, and many fans feel he has no equal. It's hard to argue with Jordan considering his success in all the titles he's won.

1. Take care all of aspect your healthy

Put in a little time and effort to take a walk, eat some fruits and vegetables or take some self-care time to help prevent dealing with health problem later on in life. After all, prevention is much cheaper, less stressful and overall, healthier than trying to treat any symptoms.

2. Self-Reflect

Many people don't like journaling, but believe me it is one of the most important methods, Whether it be by jotting down your thoughts on a scarp of paper or recording a voice memo. Taking even five minutes a day for self-reflection can help you immensely. So try to figure out what reflecting methods work best for you and be authentic about it.

3. Maintain social connection

Try to make it a habit to maintain social connections with friends and family, even in its simply a quick conversation once every few weeks. It’ll help you lead a balanced, well-rounded life. After all, your ups and downs are meant to be shared with people who love and care about you.

4. Focus

According to a study by Stanford University, Multitasking is one of the biggest myths out there. You’ll end up taking the same amount of time or longer to do the tasks with a significant decrease in quality. This means you should try to get in habit of focusing on one thing at a time.

5. Live in the moment

When something exciting happens, is your first instinct to take your phone out and snap a picture?

Many people claim they do this so they can look back on and remember fond memories.

However, which is really going to bring you more enjoyment: a photo or fully experiencing moments with your friends and family? In the end, your thoughts and emotions are likely going to give you more enjoyment and fulfillment than trying to take a photo for social media. With this in mind, try to put your phone away and truly enjoy the people and experiences you get to be a part of.

6. Manage your inner critic

While it can be hard to fix the root cause of low self-esteem, you should try to recognize when you're being too hard on yourself. If you can get into the preemptive habit of realizing when your inner critic is getting the best of you, you can break the thought pattern. Try to remember that no one is perfect, and that's what makes people so uniquely beautiful.

7. Complain less.

Complaining can be stress-relieving, but if it gets out of hand, it can end up doing more harm than good. For example, by complaining about something you can't change, you're giving it more power to ruin your day. Also, you're more likely to be resentful and hold grudges against people you may not even see again. This extra burden can weigh you down without you even realizing Instead, try to let go of things you cannot change, especially past experiences you didn't learn anything from Remember that at the end of the day, complaining too much doesn't make you happier, so why waste time on it?

8. Don't be afraid to take action.

Many people are afraid to try new things, whether it be fear of failure, thinking it's already too late, or not being able to find the time. However, there really is no better time to take action than the present. You can't assume you won't be good at something unless you try. And even if you want the best, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy yourself. So, try to make time to do something you've always wanted to do.

This video introduces you to how you can be more confident in public speaking. This video introduces the Triple-P Method. For more details, see the explanation of the Triple-P Method below.

1. Prepare! Prepare! Prepare!

We said it three times because it's that important. There are two things that are going to be prepared:

Number one: knowing your subject backwards and forwards!

Two: knowing exactly how you gonna present it step-by-step. Write down the major points that you want to get across to the audience.

and Get the ideas out of your head and onto the paper, and your Wellcast worksheet too, write down the major points that you want to get across to the audience.

And the last start ordering these points in a logical manner, arguing your points to the audience, and wanting them over as like a boxing match. First, start with some fancy footwork. A fact or an anecdote that will hook the audience in and get them to pay attention to you. And then, throw a couple of swings supporting evidence for your arguments: stance, personal stories, something that will start to convince the audience that you're taking control. And finally, the knockout. A landing blow, a statement that's memorable, convincing, and sums up your speeches position.

2. Posture and Physicality a key

Before your speech, avoid large meals and dairy products which will make you feel like you need to clear your throat incessantly. Bring a bottle of water on stage if you're allowed. Don't be afraid to take sips throughout your speech, it will keep your voice natural. And it gives you a moment to pause and regain your composure if needed. Stand naturally, not too stiff or slumped. Good posture will help you breath and speak easier. And it will let your audience know that you're calm and in control.

3. Pander to your audience.

Don't be completely serious and unless the occasion calls for it, don't read entirely off the cards. Keep a natural cadence and pace, throw a joke or aside in. It'll draw in a laugh, if there's a silence, then turn that into a joke. Stay natural, self-effacing, and the audience will be on your side!

5 habits that can change your life for more details, see the explanation below:

1. Stop playing the victim

Stop complaining, Stop blaming others for your problems or for anything that happens in your life. Because at the end of the day, no one's life is perfect. Some people just live in that mindset of "I'm poor" or "I'm broke". "I wasn't born with all of these things." "Life gave me a bad hand. "And they complain and they blame others for their problems but at the end of the day, nobody's going to change your life but you. So you can either complain about it and do nothing. Or go out there, learn, experience, and improve yourself so that you can get better, create a better self, and create a better life for yourself.

2. Reading books

The speaker suggests reading the book entitled "The Richest Man in Babylon". It teaches about all of these financial habits, financial wisdom. speaker feel like a lot of people complain that they're poor. They don't know how to make money. They don't know how to keep money. They don't understand why some people are so wealthy and some people are not. And it really is knowledge. The money is out there for you to make, and if you have the knowledge of how to get it, how to keep it, how to grow it, then you'll be so much better off than most people in this world. You'll be financially free, which is what speaker want for all of you out there.

3. Cultivating more gratitude in your everyday life

grateful for your life, everything that you have, you'll be infinitely happier of a person, just because gratitude is the key to happiness. It is just something that we forget sometimes. We're so focused on our desires and what our ego wants. But if you take a step back and truly take time to be grateful every single day it will definitely change your life, and that's why, and It's so important to do gratitude journaling. And it doesn't have to be hard.

4. Meditation

Speakers feel better sleep, less stress, and more in tune with their body and purpose when they meditate, speakers also feel more in tune with what they want. Speakers also get creative ideas more often, and speakers can feel creative flow and be truly productive. . There are many benefits of meditating. And if you feel bad, if you just get annoyed and you're on social media a lot, waste a lot of time, try meditation because it will help you sharpen your mind, If we don't sharpen our mind – it is like a muscle – you lose. And if your mind isn't strong, you're more likely to succumb to distractions. It's easier for you to give in to your ego.

5. Stop taking yourself and your life so seriously

finding joy and humor in all the little things in life. only things that matter are love, the people you love, the things you love, and finding joy in your life. We all just want happiness.

And if you just want to be happy, then have more fun in life, to have more fun, don't take things so seriously.

November 11 is celebrated as Veterans Day. The holiday is an official holiday in the United States to honor all members of the armed forces, especially those who are still alive. As a US federal holiday, government offices and schools are closed, and most people have a day off from work. Banks are also closed. If November 11 falls on a Sunday, then the holiday is observed on the following Monday. On Veterans day many restaurants offer free meals and there is always a special ceremony at Arlington National Military Cemetery in Washington D.C. The ceremony involves a wreath being placed over the grave of The Unknown Soldier. In addition, major cities also hold parades on this date. One of the symbols of the day is the poppy flower. Red poppies are said to represent or be a symbol of army blood. Many people wear or give out poppies on that day.

I really enjoyed listening to it, the vocabs are also familiar even though there are some that are not familiar but it's not a big problem, because I can immediately find the meaning of the less familiar vocabs, the accents are also easy to reach and quite clear, the speed is also not too fast and I can still understand the meaning of the video, So I really enjoyed it.
