There are asylum seekers stuck at the border between Mexico and the United States. There are currently a lot of people stuck in a detention center with no court due to the pandemic. The US Supreme Court overturned this decision. Despite the decisions, several changes have been made for applicants. As of July 28, 2020, DHS will not accept any new applicants. However, renewals will still be available for those who have DACA already.
