In my opinion,  it is because not get attention from society. another thn that, 
its because dont have budget from government to repair histrorical building or maybe government dont want to repair because want to retain the historical building become more historic symbolic and repair only at very worst place. 

Q1-what is challenge that faced by George town living herritage ?
in my opinion, one of the challenge that face by George town is the cost of living is higher interm of house cost, food and many else. The parking lot also need to pay higher because of lack of space and so limited. Traffic jam also always happen.

Q2- how to overcome this problem?
In my opinion, this issue must be concern by government. Q1: The challenge that George Town faced by local people is the living cost too high. The builiding rent was too high and local people could longer afford to pay the rent, so they need to move. They cannot continue the business because of lack income. The building also too old, so they need to repair many thing but have no money.
Q2: This problem can overcome by focus on locals not the tourist. This is because local people need to make George Town more liveable such as urban generation improve life and encouraged them to move back. Next, keep the living heritage alive such as continue they heritage from hundred years did not ruin the historical of the heritage by adapt it with trends and current situastion. Q1: The article is about the national heritage building such as Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad that getting old. In order to repair it, the National Heritage Department need sum of money, but there is no fund. Even though they recieved fund from Finance Ministry, a source said the fund is depleted. So they are sort of money and applied for another fund but still don't have any news untill now. So, they cannot repair the buliding that age more than 100 years and in the professional of getting fund of RM 150 mil.

Q1: The challenge that faced are the people there cannot afford to pay the expansive rent. The landlord had put high rent payment, that is RM 2000 per month. Because cannot afford to pay the rent, they had to move to find another place to live. So, the place is idle and will getting old. It also will be forgetton because no people there.

Q2: To overcome this problem, the government should take initiave to preserve tha Heritage building and repair themselves so that they can sustain. Government also should modified the place to be museum so that it can attract tourists.
