         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are so many resources available on Discovery Education.  One of the most exciting resources for me this year has been Board Builder.  Teachers have the ability to find content that other teachers have made OR create their own board uniquely designed for their own classroom.  This is a board I found previously made for mass.  We used it as a whole group.  But I think this would've worked well in learning stations as well.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each SOS has an explanation and/or video for teacher use.  Discovery Education recommended stopping throughout the video to record notes (not during the video).  Then afterwards, students shared responses with each other.  Lastly, some responses were shared as a whole group and the teacher recorded "class" responses.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bloomz has been the best web 2.0 I have ever used!  It helps me stay in touch with parents and share what we're doing in class in such an easy and effective way.  Scheduling conferences, asking for supplies, organizing volunteers has been so simple this year!  I highly recommend this to all teachers.  </div>]]></description>

This year I have enough Chromebooks to plan for two digital stations.  I also have the inclusion teacher available, allowing for opportunities to have 2 teachers available during stations.  The last station is for students to practice work independently (usually a handout activity). </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Parents used Google Forms for all the important contact information.  We also had parents sign up for Bloomz.  Upon reflection-next year I would like to still have parents use Google Forms at Back to School Night but I'll send home sign up information for Bloomz home on a handout.  Many families have several classrooms to visit and I don't want to have too many tasks for them to complete in my room.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This year Bloomz has added a "behavior" piece to their app.  My team teacher and I are practicing with utilizing this tool to replace our previous system.  So far, parents seem to enjoy staying informed so promptly.  We've just started, but students seem more responsive because they know their behavior is getting communicated with their families. </div>]]></description>
