I think that to best help this school there needs to be a lot of outreach to students. Students should never have to worry about basic concerns (food, water, safety, shelter.) On a personal note, my aunt, uncle, and cousins live in my uncle's parent's house. For awhile, my cousins had to sleep on an air mattress. Neither of their parents have good paying jobs. It is heartbreaking to see. I know what this can do to a child's spirit.
