(Shaila's idea build about caring for the caretaker) These three types of anti-oppressive activation and the nuances between the three in changing behavior is really interesting to me.

Jennifer, something you said sparked an idea in my mind. The coaching & mentoring that goes on in JEDI work, especially for people in positions of power, is really a huge part of our jobs. And we also do these larger JEDI journeys that can be with a small cohort, which has community in a special way, or a large cohort, which community can develop in pockets. These three types of anti-oppressive activation and the nuances between the three in changing behavior is really interesting to me.
