I just want to take a moment to thank you po before you go. You probably don’t realize how much of an impact you’ve made on me, but you’ve been such a big part of my journey here po at Cloud. Every time I felt unsure or lost in my role, you always found a way to boost my morale and remind me that I could handle things. That kind of support stays with a person, it stayed with me.

You didn’t just do good things, you made people around you feel better, and that’s rare. I’ll always carry the lessons and encouragement you’ve given me. You’ve left a mark here that won’t be forgotten, at least not by me.

Una kitang napansin kasi naging kagrupo kita sa Team Building 2023. Medyo may kaba pa ako sa iyo noon kasi pakiramdam ko napaka seryoso mo. Mahirap kausapin. Naalala mo ka team din natin si Micka noon, at ikaw ang taga translate ng sasabihin ng rules sa games.

Wala lang, kasi nga doon kita unang nakilala.

As time goes by, lagi ko nakukwento sa iba sa nahihiya akong i-approach ka. Kaya pag may concern ako sa payroll team, sa kanila ako nagtatanong at kahit ituro ka nila, hindi ako lumalapit sa'yo.

Hanggang sa nakausap na kita nung Team building 2024, doon ko nalaman ang totoong ikaw. Doon ka nag open. Inabot tayo ng 2 hrs. At tuwang tuwa ako doon kasi nalaman ko ang tungkol sa'yo.

Habang tumatagal, nawawala na ang medyo hiya at kaba ko. Pero may hiya pa rin ako sa'yo pero at least nakakausap na kita, hindi gaya noon.

Kinukuwento ko ito kasi gusto kong malaman mong may mga pagkakataon talagang akala mo wala lang, pero sa iba may impact. Sa iba ay hindi malilimutan.

At ang pinakahuli sa lahat na tumatak sa akin ay yung huling beses natin nag usap ng matagal (message sa slack).

Ibinahagi ko sa'yo yung nararamdaman ko sa current status ko sa work. Current status ko sa life. At kung anuman. Tapos naging handa ka rin naman makinig at nabigay ka ng mga input mo. Hindi ko nga malilimutan yung sinabi mong "ako rin naman eh, sa ____ din ako. Pero kailangan mong mag _____ kasi nga ___"

Kung alam mo lang sir, maraming beses kitang naibabahagi sa iba.
