1. What do you study?

I study Business Administration at Universidad Santo Tomás. I'm just starting since I'm only in the middle of the second semester.

2. Why did you choose your career?

Business Administration was my choice since I was 8 years old. I became interested in the career thanks to my mom, she studied the same, and although many people may think it is an obligation, I never had to follow any imposition from her, she always encouraged me to choose what I really wanted. As the years went by I realized that the whole focus of the career and its contribution to society was what attracted me the most and what made me decide in the end.

3. What would you like to do after your graduation?

After graduation I would like to immediately start looking for a job. In this way I can start my working life quickly in order to gain the necessary experience for the different jobs I will be doing.

4. What job would you like to have after your graduation? Why?

I would like to start with a “small” position in a company. I think it is important to have a job according to your experience and knowledge level, more than anything, in the working world, it is said that practice makes perfect and as I said before, I need to start with small responsibilities in order to get the necessary experience, so that in the future I will be able to cover more important aspects or responsibilities regarding the administrative area of a company.

6. What would be your salary expectation?

Like any human being, I definitely seek to have a high and stable salary. Starting from one that makes me feel stable in order to cover my priorities and little by little thanks to my experience, as I said before, to increase my rank, which would clearly be equivalent to having an increase in salary.

7. What are your strengths and weaknesses as an employee?

For me, it is complicated to define this kind of aspects, since I have never been employed, I haven't started my working life yet. But if I had to define some of them, I consider that my strengths are leadership, listening and assertive decision making. And regarding my weaknesses they could be perfectionism and impatience.

8. What are the positive and negative aspects in your career?

My career has too many positive aspects, it would be impossible to mention all of them, but among the most important are: An administrator will always be necessary for any aspect of life, so it's important to know how to manage a lot of things. Second, the career is very versatile, it covers aspects from economics and social responsibility that makes us as administrators to be aware of the current situation of a company in all its aspects. The negative can go more to the theory part, there are many things to learn, to memorize and differentiate, the administration is pretty detailed and to be able to exercise this role well is necessary to be able to recognize each important aspect in order to understand the business world.

5. What would be your ideal job?

My ideal job would be in an important company, in a high rank. I mean, to be able to have leadership characteristics that guide the company to an excellent place. To be honest, my reference has always been the movie “The Devil Wears Fashion”, both the positions of the assistants, as Miranda's responsibilities and the focus of the company, it seems to me the “ideal job”.
